Got here for breakfast and 2 hours after so called opening they aren’t serving food because of short staff! Now a regular person may except this but a former wendys manager will not!! There are 2 cars in the parking lot meaning there is a person to work register and one to work food! That’s all you need in the morning as a person would worked breakfast at u of m student center! We did it there with 2 people no reason lee shouldn’t be able to do it! Very poor job

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and it tasted as though it had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. To be fair it was the end of the lunch rush so they had been busy. The other thing is the same with most fast food bathrooms… It wasn’t exactly clean.

The blonde lady working the drive-through at 8:30 tonight 7/27/23, was EXTREMELY rude to me, got mad because she forgot I said no ice in my drink, and tried to say I didn’t say it, no I clearly did because you had me repeat it 2 time, and didn’t mark my extra ranch I wanted also on my Asiago sandwich. At least she got the no tomato part right, anyways, she had someone else cash me out after she got mad at me, that girl was very nice and so was the manager on duty while he was helping the girl who cashed me out on how to accept my Apple Pay. I mean, I get it, it gets really busy, I’ve worked in this industry for over 10 years, but that’s no excuse to argue with a customer like that order taker on drive through did. 3 stars. Would’ve been only one if she didn’t have someone else cash me out.

Food was just like any other fast food so it’s whatever about that. However , this location is so disgusting inside. We were inside at 1030 and there was food everywhere on the floor, disgusting restrooms, and the tables were disgusting. I don’t even want to see how they manage food if their seating area is this foul. The most disgusting Wendy’s we’ve ever been in.

The food was fresh and hot. The atmosphere was a little different, pictures colored by children tacked up everywhere, a table with fake flowers, papers and whatnot upon entering. I was really disgusted by the restrooms. There were puddles around the toilets that appeared to be urine and the restroom in general was not very clean.

Fast in, fast out. The staff was patient while taking my order, the employee taking my payment at the first window was pleasant and the final contact at the last window was as expected. The order was perfect and the food was hot and fresh. A great experience overall.

This location is a dirty location. Outdated style. Area for application and job-seeking looks like a child’s craft table. This was not a welcoming place. People were nice food was okay. My Cobb salad appeared to be made the day before. And I asked for honey mustard dressing but I got honey mustard dipping sauce

We’re from Canada and we had a little mini basketball tournament so in between the games we had a little break kids got hungry I went to the nearest fast food and it was Wendy’s at this location anyways the workers there were oh my gosh so nice smiles from ear to ear……. I go to use my card and their machine wouldn’t work for some reason they asked for cash all I had was Canadian money then I told them forget about the order I’m sorry we’re going to be late for the game…… the manager there super nice with curly hair I wish I knew her name told me to take the order and good luck at the game……wow this would never of happened if we were in Canada honestly I was too shy to even take the order but she was literally pushing it my way. God bless America honestly all the people we met there were super super super nice.
