So to start off, the service was rude, ubrupt, disappointing, and unexceptable. The woman taking my order in drive- thru approached with “what can I get you?”. She also “greeted me at the window with just my total (which is also beyond belief), and handed back my debit card without a word. Next window a man handed out my order without a word. I ask for ketchup and he rolled his eyes like it was an inconvenience. What has happened to GOOD CUSTOMER SERV ICE? As for my food, my burger was sloppy and not what I ordered, my fries were scarce, and my pop was not full. At over $13 for lunch, I expect and deserve better!

By far the worst order I have ever received by 2 of the worst employees I have ever seen. Fries looked like they purposefully sprinkled all the burnt crumbs on them. The chicken sandwich was so disgusting, like it was drenched in oil after it was cooked. I absolutely want to speak to someone in corporate if they see this.

Don’t go in to eat all you will hear is people complaining about how many hours they have to work me and my son decided to go in and have lunch and all we hear is complaining from the guy that took our order and the girl working in the back mad about the manager leaving and getting paid for doing nothing the young girl was extremely loud! be mad at whoever but keep it down for the customers that want to come in and eat especially with there kids! Also as I was walking in there was oil spilled in the walk way I almost broke my neck I said something about it and that someone should clean it up but they where to worried about nagging about the manager and what was going on outside!!

I have went up to this Wendy’s 4 time in the last 2 weeks for a friend whom is dying of cancer. She gets the same order every time. My bad experience for the last 3 times I an up to get food for my friend. Same lady taking orders in drive is so rude. I get they are trying to get good drive thru time, but this girls just assumes she know s ur orders and will not answer any questions. The last time they gave us no receipt and spicey nuggets, so I tried to clear this up today and once again this girl at drive was so rude. Told me their was not a recept in the Wendy’s fast food store.She made so upset, I had to pull away after I just paid for my food. Parked in parking lot and sent my sister in to get t&e food and all of a sudden their is a receipt available. The thing about this is the working manager was 1 foot away from the disrectful employee and then opt to make things right until my sister walked into the store. It’s pretty sad when U have to tell your friend the cancer patient that I can not tolerate the lack of everything at this location. I rate everything at a 0. Thank u

Never coming back to this location. The staff was awful the guy who rook my order smelled like weed. And he was loud and using foul language while there was little children in the lobby. Food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Not a good eating experience at all.

Walked in to use the bathroom was going to eat and noticed how Absolutely disgusting the place is so I walked right out. Parking lot is trashed, bathrooms disgusting, entry doors covered in probably a years worth of hand prints and grease. Ew. Do better.

Went here for a breakfast run this morning and the man at the speaker asked me what came in the breakfast Baconator because he had “no idea”. I thought he was trying to be funny until I came home to find there was only cheese and bacon in the sandwich. Not to mention the two other sandwiches in the order were missing cheese and sauce. It is nice to know that it was almost 15 dollars for basically bread and dry sandwiches. At least the potatoes were decent.
