Sat in the drive thru for about 15 mins at the window, I watched them take several burgers out of different bags and unwrap them with their bare hands.. they kept wrapping.. then unwrapping them again and again passing them back and forth between employees trying to figure out what was what I’m guessing!?!.. then put them back in the bags. When I made a comment about it, the employee told me his manager was wearing gloves (there was no manager until the very end). As if I didn’t see what happened. I still paid, took my order. Threw it away.. and went to mc Donald’s. That was disgusting

I am on a low fat, low sodium and low calorie diet because I had a heart attack, and we are old. I went to Wendy’s especially because they offer baked potatoes. I ordered 2 plain baked potatoes with no salt, and 2 Jr hamburgers and 1 Jr Frosty on the Wendy’s app for my husband and me.

I ordered a Strawberry Summer salad, They didn’t give me the whole salad, they forgot to give me the added toppings that were supposed to be in it. Not only that but the price from last year’s salads jumped up by $2.00….. I was once a daily visitor to Wendy’s but not any more.

Don’t think that because the dining room is open that one can walk into a friendly “may we take your order” kinda place. If one has previously placed an on-line order one can expect to pick it up at the counter as soon as the order is up. If you want to eat in the dining area inside then first go thru the drive thru line. One around the building park and carry ur food inside. Yeah America has come to that. Go to McDonald’s. It’s next door.

Ordered a biggie bag with a double bacon cheeseburger spicy nuggets fry and drink through the app. Did this in the parking lot for immediate pickup. Entered the restaurant nobody was working the front counter every time the sandwich maker brought a sandwich to the front the fry operator would place the sandwiches under the heat lamp where the fries were at then when the drive-thru attendant would go to get the sandwiches he would have to ask which sandwich was which at that point the sandwich maker would have to open up each sandwich to find out which one it was. The fry attendant was bagging up multiple orders for the counter yet never asked me if I had been helped finally the drive-thru attendant saw me standing there and asked me if I had been helped I told him my place to mobile order shortly after that I heard the fry attendant ask if this burger that he was holding in his hand was a double cheeseburger at which point he brought it over to the counter that is behind where the front counter people stand and he said that and some nuggets right there on that counter. At this point a lady came in from outside I’m assuming she was on break asked me if I had been helped I told her I had a mobile order she asked me did I get my drink I said no but I believe that’s my food sitting right there on that counter getting cold she went back grab the food got different nuggets out of the same container that the fry attendant got them out of and gave me quote fresh ones and I understand it’s fast food and it’s not going to be the best but it just seems like lately every place I go to because I want Quality Service I’m the problem

1 car ahead of me trying to order for 11mins when windows were car free. Then I had to wait 7 mins to order my food. Then another 4 to wait for it…. For being the 2nd vehicle in only a 2 car like and waiting 21 mins is pathetic. Didn’t even get a refund “which they usually do if u wait an unrealistic amount of time. Pathetic.
