I love Wendys food but they are closing this location/establishment earlier and earlier now. They just closed at 7pm today despite it saying 8pm. They used to close at 11, now all of a sudden they’re closed before the sun is down. They didn’t even stay open later during the storm like every other establishment.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Did an online order and selected pick up inside. Arrived ten minutes later to pick it up, all the doors were locked and then someone yelled to go through the drive through. Pulled through the drive through and was told to pull up and wait for my order and someone would bring it out once all the cars in the drive through were gone. Nothing states that the dining room is closed on Google Maps or the locations doors. Waited 28 minutes for my order once I arrived to the location. So yea, that’s why this is the worst Wendy’s ever.

So this place is horrific. I pulled up at 730pm and waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and no one was answering while I waited. I checked online to make sure they are open and it said open until 8pm. I then decided to give them a call in which they then said they are closed. Well if people are in the restaurant, they should have been able to tell me they are closed. They need to update their hours online to reflect the correct hours. Will not be going back here again

This used to be my go-to Wendy’s. But lately they close at random hours due to short staffing. I’ve been in line a few times, waiting for around 10 minutes, and when I finally get to the speaker, they say they have just closed and will not take my order. I get it and don’t blame the workers. However I wish they would at least put a sign out, or shorten their hours accordingly and update it. Hire more people and pay them fairly so I can have Wendy’s past 7pm!!

I really want to give 5 stars, but the lady in front of me pictured had been waiting for a really long time with no one coming back to the counter. I had to wait a while as well. However, when I ordered it wasn’t a terribly long wait. the location is clean, with plenty of seating, and in their defense there were a good number of people in the drive-thru. It was about 10 on either Thursday night or Friday night of last week, but I think Thursday.

Under staffed, food was cold and thrown together. I have low expectations for fast food restaurants to start with, but this has lower them even more. I would avoid this FF restaurant at all costs. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are closed down in the next 6 months.

Like zero attempts to give decent service. Waited 10 minutes at speaker with two people ahead of me. Not one word when I paid after the lady talked to the car before me for a long time. Half filled fries, flat soda and forgot my sauce. It is not bad enough that they charge more than other Wendy’s around, and then you get treated like a subhuman.

I’m the Uber East drivers so I deliver the food from all restaurants and people are ordering from these places Wendy’s included and I assume that they are pleased with the food the service on the atmosphere is good for me I have no problems with the area and they do get my food in an efficient time

A lot of Wendy’s are slow, but this one is pretty good. The service is good most of the time but sometimes unprofessional… it’s Wendy’s though, not Benihana. Never have any issues with my food.

They had the worst service ever today. I waited with may others in the drive thru for over 20mins. The line was wrapped across the parking lot. All of a sudden they decided to just shut down during this busy time. After the car in front of me got their food despite of some issues with it, I never got mine. I pulled up to the window and waited. No one came to tell me what was going on. As I continued to wait it sounded like there was some arguing or miscommunication going on. It was very unprofessional. If someone would’ve just came to the window and told me that I wasn’t able to get my food because they had to close , I would’ve been fine. What a total waste of time. I will continue to go earlier in the day when it’s not any chaos.
