I ordered fries, PAID for the fries, waited 10 minutes after pulling ahead, and you didn’t even give me the fries. Are you serious? You had so many people in there and you weren’t busy at all. It’s just laziness. And the frosty machine was “down”

Night manager was extremely rude and condescending. I was over charged for my meal. Probably by accident from a new lnexperienced employee. Understandable people make mistakes it happens. However when the manager got involved, refused to correct the error or refund my card. Continued to argue with me, even refused to give me my drink with my food saying I didn’t pay for it, ever though the had overcharged me by almost an additional $10.00. I will never visit this Wendy’s again and will certainly contact corporate.

Today 07/01/2023 I stopped at the Columbia street Wendy’s here in battle creek Michigan to order 3 spicy chicken sandwiches… The staff seemed very friendly on the drive speaker I ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and asked if it would be possible to have those made fresh and the lady said absolutely in a kind friendly voice my experience was good staff was very friendly however when I got home with my sandwiches they definitely made them fresh which is what I requested but they added way too much mayo like I know someone wasn’t happy it was purposely done and on one of the sandwiches wrappers had sauce that didn’t even belong to that item on it and it had a tomato that looked as if it was chewed or blended up and tossed on there like I mentioned at the beginning the staff seemed nice everyone was friendly but when I got home to eat I was a bit nervous all I could think is someone probably spit in my food just based on the way it looked and everything I go here a lot and never have had this issue so it just makes me wonder. 5 stars for friendly staff 1 star for quilty sorry.

This Wendy’s has a very slow drive thru. For some reason and not just today but for a while now, they only take one order at a time and then take that person or (cars) money before starting the next cars order. If you choose to go in and eat, the tables are normally greasy, like they have only been wiped down with a dry cloth, and the speed of service is no different than going thru the drive thru. The good thing ìs all my items were there.

Horrible customer service, unclean store, and messed up our order on the receipt. Asked for 100 nuggets in two 50 buckets, instead they gave us 4 10 pieces, and the sauce equivalent of what we’d need for the 100, showing they knew we wanted the 100 but only giving us 40. Horrible experience and most Wendy’s around here are like that. Do not reccomend.

Waited 20 minutes in line with one person ahead of me, granted it was 11pm on a Friday. The person ahead of me left in a rage because the frosty machine was down. I was disappointed, but more disappointed when I was offered a small lemonade as a replacement for my large frosty on a mobile order. Absolutely not a fair exchange for a $3.19 large frosty. By the time I actually got my order, the patties were burned. Like, not charred, burned.

idek why im giving this place 1 star. got a 10 piece spicy nug today and a baconator fry. nugs weren’t even hot as soon as i got the food and they were stale, spilled everywhere in the bag. and my baconator fries literally had no bacon on them? why am i paying for non existent meat is beyond me.

Been to this location a few times in less than a month! Around 7 times or so. Last few times, the lines have been so long. Literally sitting in Drive through way over 15 or more minutes just to order. Ridiculous.
