Very long wait very confused employee taking order charged for 1 whole extra meal we were so pissed about the wait and frustrated we left and got down the road and discovered we did not get our drinks. We are heading to the drive inn and did not return for them . One burger was wrong and the fries were Stone cold very upsetting for sure we live an hour a way!

There were 2 families in line ahead of us. We waited 40 minutes for our food. When we got it the order was not correct and the fries were cold and stale. During our wait the lady doing the fries kept coming up to the front and making comments then running back to the fries. Another girl left in the midst of it all making it known to all that she had been there since 6 am. At this point the guy taking orders asked her to stay and help and she said “I’m going home”. Not a good experience and would say go 1 more exit south and try that one. We were traveling so not from around here but they need some direction on how to serve and get organized!!! New manager!!

We came to this location on July 23, 2023, at 1pm. Because we were passing through Coldwater and it was raining, we felt committed to wait in line, with 4 additional families in front of us for 25 minutes. After the 30 minute wait, the disheveled women working the register told us we would have to wait longer while she helped the drive-thru, “get caught up.”

On line customers are the priority. Stood in line with about a dozen other people for over 45 minutes because they could only do 3 orders at a time and on line orders kept coming in. Go to Culver’s or KFC they value customers. I called the phone number to complain, got a manager in training, was told that she couldn’t give out management phone numbers. I left mine, haven’t been called yet. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE THAT CARES.

Asked for 2 50 chicken nugget buckets. The lady repeated it back to us and gave us enough sauces for 2 50 buckets. We got 4 10 packs. When the server came out we said “we ordered 2 50 buckets??” He looked in the bag, said “yup, all there” then left. Horrible service and this is just one story

Waited 8 minutes before anyone took my order and I was the only person at the counter. My order was not correct had to have them remake it and it was still incorrect in addition they gave me fries instead of chili. So was there for over thirty minutes and did not get what I ordered very sad. I don’t recommend eating here.

So our cashier working at 5:50 on Thurs June 15. He seemed kinda clueless, the machine in the lobby was ALL diet. I asked if they had regular back there and hes like yeah I have soda. When I asked him to clarify that it was REGULAR and not diet. He just repeats he has soda. But no offense I dont trust his judgement based off his service. So I didnt even bother. My husband had to repeat what he wanted several times. Do we make sure people are ready before putting em alone at the counter or what’s happening here? Youd think after not being open half the time before things would be better. Tables disgusting. And cashier not following sanitary guidelines. Oh and yet another restaurant in town that cant get food right. It wasn’t even RUNG IN right to start. By the time we even got our food it was cold because the kids moving at a snails pace. And i dont even wanna eat my food because the idea of it makes me wanna vomit thinking of what the rest of the staffs doing that we cant see…… Guy behind us was right. Worst restaurant in town

The past three times I’ve ordered from here in the last few weeks I’m always missing at least one item from my order. And of course I use DoorDash so all I can do is get a refund and reorder and wait. The food is good but it would be great if I actually could get all the food I order.
