Usually don’t like to say bad things, but our recent visit wasn’t great. We ordered 2 of the fish sandwiches, 2 Dave’s Singles, a junior burger, 2 fries and a frosty. We were told it would be 4 minutes for the fish and that was fine. We paid and were instructed to pull forward to wait. We did and some guy walked out after a few minutes. I say some guy because he did NOT look like an employee. In fact, he looked like a construction worker……t-shirt, flannel, jeans, boots, hat and greasy hair (not that construction workers have greasy hair-don’t come at me)……basically, not who I would expect to be bringing us our food. My husband said he was chewing something and wondered if he snacked on our fries. Anyway, the fries and burgers were all COLD, like they were pre made. The fish sandwiches barely had any tartar sauce and weren’t great. The bread on all sandwiches were stale and dry. I love Wendy’s when the food is prepared and served the way it should be. But, I rarely go anymore because it usually isn’t very good…..maybe 2x a year

I order a 4 pc nugget and a spicy 4 pc nugget and didn’t get it. Called the store to let them know and all they said was they will replace my nuggets but what about the inconvenience?. Now all my children eat but me. Set on hold of 10 minutes no one came to the phone. Called lots of time and no one picks up. I’m very disappointed. Buns was hard on the 3 $5 biggie bags I ordered and all.

Our server was new, so we account for that. Every table was dirty. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries, a soda and frosty. My burger was not fresh. I asked for extra pickles, nope. And almost half of one piece of lettuce on there. Just sad. It’s too expensive to have this experience at a Wendy’s. There were at least six employees behind the counter. No excuse.

Restaurant manager very unprofessional when I got my order it was wrong, she did not apologize just had a crew member hand me a bag of nuggets. No one said hello when I entered. There was food under the fryers and the food prep area was filthy.

The last three times I’ve been here this is what I’ve gotten; a half full container of fries and a watered down drink that is 99% ice. The people who work here are great, but it’s very clear the owner has trained them to give as little to the customer as possible. Won’t be going back.

You ask for only ketchup and you get only mayo who orders only mayo that’s nasty then you take it back just for the manager to say if you don’t have a receipt you can’t get a new burger they don’t even give you the receipt like I really wanna play around with taking fake food to Wendy’s with the gas prices the way they are you can keep your nasty food and your poor management skills I will never go back to the Wendy’s on apple ave very rude people working every time I did go

Stopped here on the way home from Michigan Adventure. Clean. Hardly anyone there at like 8 pm. Staff were super friendly and attentive. We went in because we had a car full of people with different cards and all the orders came out right. Crazy times we live in right now for fast food but this was a really nice experience. Appreciate your team.
