Please don’t blame the crew. The current GM Sarah Warwick is Soo bad at her job she was already demoted once.. She does not train her managers correctly so they barely know what the proper way to do things. In turn they try to train crew and try hard to make sure the place runs smooth. She has had 16 and 17 year old minors working 40 hours a week with no breaks.. had one of them working as a manager without the pay or title. Had minors opening the store alone. The night crew well let’s just say when you have a former manager who allows what he did and than the GM does not do anything about it you get our night staff.. I tried to stick it out just for that crew.. I tried to implement food hold times (watch out chicken sits in a holding drawer for well over the 30min hold time) I was one of the only managers who showed the crew appreciation and gave them encouragement. Sarah has yelled at disabled employees, thrown a spatula at one and she is proud to tell the story.. please don’t blame the crew if anything maybe call the Haza food place and complain enough they finally fire her and give Hannah the store… She is the only other manager who cares…

We came here to get a quick dinner on our way into WI. I’m giving it four stars because our order wasn’t correct; however, the staff was pleasant and accommodating when we came back through. We got everything we needed and made it safely to our destination. 4 stars from me!

Probably the most unorganized run Wendy’s I’ve been to. Cashier screwed up 3 orders in front of us, handed them to different customers. Lady came up to ask about her order and cashier didn’t submit it apparently so they didn’t know it was an active order. She almost gave out sandwiches to someone else.

The first time I was here it was a great experience food was good and service was good. The last time I was there food wasn’t hot and the employees that were working were using foul language and the one employee was cleaning the deep fryer while orders of frys were being cooked. I will say for them being open late like they are there it wasn’t a great experience to go there I’m thinking it will be a long time before I go back there if I decide to go back there. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get the food I had ordered there that night.

Normally not a “fast food” guy but I enjoy going to Wendy’s. Even though the place could tighten reins and do occasional wipe down if the tables but the food is great, staff are friendly and nice especially the woman who typically rings me up is awesome. She tries to remember people’s names and does and yeah. Definitely recommend checking it out and if you catch her working that day just know you’ll keep coming back for the “experience”.

Service was fast and friendly, but I didn’t care for my food. I had the regular hamburgers, and the meat was practically non existant, and I could hardly taste it. The bun was weirdly dry and soft at the same time. It disintegrated as soon as it hit my mouth and stuck in my throat. I stopped there before heading out on a long drive, so it was fine, but I probably won’t go back.

Waited in line for 35 minutes total 4:25 when I got in line and 5pm when I left. Majority of that was after I had already paid. Both kids meals were spicy nuggets instead of regular and my kids unfortunately won’t eat spicy foods. My meal was also incorrect. Didn’t notice until we were home of course.

The kid taking the drive-thru orders talked over us when we ordered Dr Pepper with no ice, likely not hearing the “no-ice” part. Handed us a Dr Pepper with ice at the window. I handed it back asking for one without ice. He did take it back, but not before sighing, shaking his head, and telling us to order it like that in the first place, using an overtly snotty tone. My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief of his open rudeness. All of this over a simple miscommunication. Food wasn’t great either.
