Seriously I don’t care if I’m Ordering In, Drive Thru, or through door dash. Which I ordered through Door Dash. I wanted 2 Jr Bacon Cheese Burgers on Lettuce, it was suppose to have mayo and tomatoes and where are they? I paid for it to be added. I just feel the sandwich was slapped together with no care. Secondly the cheese was barely melted so that’s telling that the meat was cold or getting cold. Ordered Baconator Fries with BBQ Sauce and didn’t get the sauce. Shame shame shame.

Waited in line over 10 minutes, when it wasn’t even busy, no cars in the drive-thru, a couple people in front of me. Why isn’t there someone taking orders? Give up and drove to Culver’s down the street. The food tastes better and the service is light years better.

The food I got was really good. I’ve had a lot of missed items on my orders, and I’ve never said a word. Today was the day I did. I was having a bad day at work, and all I wanted were 4 nuggets and a lemonade. At first, they were snickering thru the drive thru. Didn’t really bother me, I’ve been in that same state at work where no matter what you do, you can’t stop laughing, but you HAVE to help the customer. Then, they tried giving me the wrong drink. When I said something (which I normally wouldn’t, but like I said, bad day), I apologized and asked if they had what I actually asked for. When they gave it to me, they didn’t say a word, and after I thanked her for doing that for me.

Came thru the drive thru for a mobile order.. the manager had a horrible attitude the employee acted like she was scared of her. It took about 4cars coming up ordering and passing us. Before we got our food. Just a bad experience. I’m hoping it was a bad time on a bad day but we still should have not received that much attitude. We won’t be back.

Terrible. Uncomfortable chairs. Dirty tables. Overall dreary environment. Full trash cans. Nearly stale buns, and very dry burger patties. No lettuce on my burger. Only ketchup packets for the fries, and only by request – not offered during the order. Most of the flavors for the Coke machine were empty. Horrible.

I always love Wendy’s..I don’t come to this location a lot because of this..this is like the 5th time I’ve come here and the 3rd time I Ordered Dave’s double..the last time I was here there wasn’t so much ketchup and mayonnaise so I didn’t want to put a review,but this time there was sooooo much ketchup and mayonnaise dressing I can’t even hold and bite onto the burger without it falling off the buns.dressing started falling off due to so much dressing..I hope this won’t happen again..cause I have to eat my veggies then bite my meats..like I said I love Wendy’s and used to work for Wendy’s but this person need to be hold accountable for putting toooo much dressing..thanks

Check for bugs before you eat. The people working here don’t care. I called, they answered and transferred me to a manager. Told them about the situation and they sounded completely unapologetic, and unsurprised. They did nothing to resolve the issue. If I wasn’t on my lunch, I would have went back.

Ordered for eat in. Blaring gangsta rap. Not cool. Kid behind the counter obvious hates his job. Didn’t pay attention to me after I ordered and needed ketchup. I had to flag him down. Then, he’s stupid and can’t effing count. I said ten ketchups. Gave me 6. This is being posted after several poor experiences at this location. Dave Thomas would be disappointed.
