This place continues to get worse. The employees argue in more than one language, they are slow, for some reason they have to get and refill your drinks because no one can fill their freestyle coke machine. The food was a combination of hot and cold, good and bad. Anything beef related was hot and fresh, chicken not so much. I stop by now only for a cup of chili, and check my bag for crackers before I leave. (They always forget)

They never open the drive thru at 6:30am when they are suppose to and the employees are rude! I wanted some chili the other day and that is not the Wendy’s chili it used to be it’s tasteless and watery.

I went threw the drive threw and ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, small fry and a small shake. it was $21.00 and I didn’t get fries and was given 2 baconators! when I called them about my order the lady was very rude and told me I didn’t order fries and I didn’t order 2 bacon cheese burgers. they wrote down my order wrong then proceded to tell me I was in the wrong. didn’t give me a chance to bring my order in and exchange it for what I original ordered. 0 star review from me and never going again! poor management and people skills!

We visited the drive-thru at around 8:30pm tonight and ordered three meals – one of them being a double with cheese, but got home to find a single in the bag instead. That’s not something I would normally grumble about; however, paired with the downright inconsiderate service, it left a bad taste in our mouths, even though the food was good!

Rudest manager I have ever encountered. Decided to condescendingly belittle me in front of my daughter, in the drive through. I went into the lobby not knowing that it had been the manager being disrespectful and rude in the drive through. When I asked for the corporate telephone number, she refused to provide stating “go online and get it.” At this point I turned my camera on, and she stated that I was breaking the law, and then proceeded to call the police. I would starve before I went to, or recommended this Wendys. Looking at the other reviews, it is clear that Wendy’s corporate has perpetually let this manager slide with her unprofessionalism, she is rude and disrespectful.

Purchased two chicken sandwiches today 4/22 @ 1:30pm. (Forest Lake) One was the “spicier” version (as shown in photo) and the other just the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were mushy and cold. Bacon was chewy and unedible. What a disappointment. The fried pickles or whatever they were supposed to be tasted rancid. What a waste of over $12.00.

I’ve already rated but feel the need to do so again. I decided to try their breakfast, bad idea. I got the biscuits and gravy, it was SO awful, the sausage was burnt, and the gravy was like paste, it was thick and gritty. I also got a maple honey biscuit and they put so much butter that it was dripping out the foil. Not to mention their customer service is still horrible no matter what time of day you go.
