They went ahead and decided to prepare our mobile order 2 hours before we actually arrived to pick up the order. This has never been a problem until today. Completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant from. Serving two hour old, cold food is a safety hazard. Oh and the order was wrong. They went through the trouble of remaking the drinks but that was also long before I arrived.

They never open their doors on time in the mornings and ignore you when you try to go through the drive thru. As a Doordash driver, this directly affects my earnings, not to mention the numerous disappointed customers who had to have their orders canceled because of this.

This place can’t get an order correct to save their lives. I used to go to this Wendy’s at least twice a week. 9 times out of 10 something is incorrect or missing. When I actually have to go in and get a hamburger that wasn’t given to me through the drive thru and they make it wrong when told it gets ridiculous. The mexican lady is told to make a hamburger with only ketchup. Its repeated 3 times to her. I assume it’s right. I don’t open it up right there. Guess I should have. There’s cheese on the hamburger with ONLY ketchup. WOW!!!! LEARN ENGLISH OR DONT WORK AT AN ENGLISH SPEAKING, CUSTOMER INTERACTING FOOD PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I love Wendy’s, but don’t have it often because there’s not one in my town. This Wendy’s is really bad. The person taking the order could not understand people. It took over a half an hour to get 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers and 1 big bacon classic. With everyone in line having the same problem. We finally get the food, while there are at least 5 people just wandering around inside the store. I wasn’t rude, said please and thank you. Instead of getting the 2 jr. bacon cheese, I got 2 plain hamburgers. Did you know they lock the dining room at 6pm? So I had to run up to the one drive thru window, and tell 2 different people, because I was speaking English, and they did not. Then I get my order, of course it’s luke warm. I gave it two stars because I still like the food. I won’t be going back, especially with the faces they made, like I was in the wrong for expecting to get the correct order. I never had this problem at the Culver’s or McDonald’s that are closer. Too bad, Boo, Wendy’s in Chanhassen, Boo.

The drive through was incredibly slow and one of the orders was incorrect even though it was repeated back to us correctly. They did not give a receipt so no idea where the issue was or which sandwich they charged for. Went inside to get the correct order and it took three people to figure out what to put on the sandwich as they stared at the menu. It had two different kinds of chicken, less toppings, and almost no sauce when they made so it was still somehow incorrect. It wasn’t bad but not worth the price or the hassle.

I can’t lie, I love Wendy’s! The food is always good and the prices are spectacular compared to McDonalds. What bugs me though is the service. When I arrived at this Wendy’s, the speaker was barely working. This is a common theme at all of the Wendy’s that I have visited which is super disappointing. Not only was the speaker barely working, but it took the employee working around 3 minutes to come to the phone to allow me to order. There was nobody but me in the drive through line! There are also several items from the menu out of stock at all times which is depressing, and the items are usually items that I would order. When I finished ordering, I went to the window. The woman inside looked very irritated when helping me. My food was good, but the service needs a lot of changes, and the stores need updating desperately.
