Terrible experience 20 minutes ago. I ordered 2 kids meals on the app about 10-12 minutes before I arrived to pick up inside. when I got there I went to the carryout stand and nothing was on it. I saw one person working the fryer and 1 person doing the drive through. I stood there about 3-4 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. he asked how can I help you. I told him I had a pickup order for rick. he turned the screen around to show me and ask this one? I said yeah the two kids meals. he started getting my stuff together. he put fries in both bags and I only ordered one with fries and one with fruit. while he was getting the two kids meals together he was still handing out food to the drive through. it took about 5-6 minutes for him to get everything bagged and then said I don’t have any toddler toys. I said no problem. when I got to the car and drove off I checked the food to give to my kids. he forgot to put sauce in both bags…. the nuggets were absolutely terrible hard and almost cold. they must have been made at least 30 minutes prior. I fries were bad too. soggy and wilted and warm at best. overall this took over 20 mins from the time I ordered 8 total nuggets, 1 small fry, 1 Jr frosty and some apple slices to get terrible food, missing items and poor customer service from a restaurant that is doing drive through, mobile orders, walk in orders and 2 TWO total staff members. I will never return here again.

We went through the drive through recieved cold and hard food. Called to let them know so we can have this correct and let them know to check the times on their food they are serving. We were hung up with the first person who stated they were a manager and got yelled at by the second. Emailed customer service and are being ignored. We will not be back to this Wendy’s location again.

The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant wasn’t very busy which was nice. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, the order was completely screwed up, and items were forgotten. When notified of the issues the staff was apologetic and quick to correct the issues.

Ordered through the app. Money was taken out of my account. Show up at store to get food and the “manager” just says, “don’t have it” and just keeps helping working. I tried to talk to him about it and he just kept repeating “don’t have it”. Terrible customer service and I’m still missing my money

Poor experience: The drivethru mic is broken, I always have to yell my order. I’ve had my orders missing a few things on my sandwich and salads. Parking lot has quite a few deep potholes.

Got nuggets and could tell they just took old nuggets from the warmer and put them back in the fryer to make them seem fresh because they were all stuck together. With how expensive fast food has become nowadays this is completely unacceptable
