The general manager is a piece of work. I do not speak harsh of people unless i genuinly have seen something that is deserving of it. This woman literally dissed her entire staff, because they were behind on orders. She said and i quote, “well look what i have to work with”. I was appalled. With leadership luke that, yup, i wouldnt put effort in to make ya look good either lady. Lack of staff is a YOU problem. Not the staff. POOR LEADERSHIP. I also was there yhe other day when a woman complained aboyt something inthe bathroom that was still there 4 days later, the manager took no fault, nor did he do anything but make excuses for the uncleanliness. I know the prior owner and staff members, and it has done poorly since the change over. Sad. I avoid going here and genuinly know the staff work their butts off to kep that place above water. Lose the gm. Get a real leader and supperter of staff their and watch appreciated staff make that wendys thrive again. kudos to all line workers and cashiers, yall be bustin! Keep it up.

Very slow. Took almost 55 minutes from when we got in line to when we left with our order. Had a coupon buy one get one free for a large frosty but they couldn’t figure out on how to use it so they charged us full price for everything.

I’ll bump this review up a star, last time I was here it was terrible. The day crew I got to see today was great. Jacob did an amazing job and kept it real. He was nice and efficient. Cheers to a well done job on my sandwich that I had a billion mods. This crew was great.

We walkedin it took 5mins for them to take my order. The manager was complaining about the influx of customers. They also messed up my sandwich 3times. They guy how took our order was great. He looked overwhelmed with the way the manager was acting.

I will give this place the benefit of the doubt and write a 3 star review. My order was finally done correctly I recommend writing out your order instead of speaking general English with the employees. The workers are willing to work with you for the most part I like that a lot. Overall I’ll return but with a strategy.

Wanted to go in and get our Frosties. Lobby door was locked even though the big sign out front said “Lobby Now Open”. Drive up to drive-thru and get told they took the Frosty machine down for the night. Google said hours till midnight we stopped before 9pm. What a waste of time. Will never be returning.

This place is just a joke every time we go here out of something? Like today out of chili soure cream shredded cheese and frosty…..no what you really mean is you where gonna close in an hr an you decided to do it early so you could get done faster….but it’s not just this time it’s every time we go here or the best line I have been told is we don’t have ranch……really your not just out or you don’t Carry it…..them nope we don’t carry it. Huh ever since COVID this is just ridiculous going here.

we ordered medium frosty’s 3.09 ea. total we were told was 7.31 when we questioned the math we were told they were dropping 1$ & upgrading us to large… my guess is, the employees are over charging & pocketing the extra.

Never again will I go here waiting in line forever ordered $5 bags 3 chicken and 1 cheeseburger, with two orange and two sprite because they didn’t have any more frostys they gave us two oranges and dr pepper couldn’t understand we ordered sprits then they gave us three cheeseburgers and one chicken sandwich waited in line so long they wouldn’t change it they said it was our fault and now we are eating cold food we didn’t order I will never again
