So, this was my first time at Wendy’s. I’ve always wanted to try it, so me and my friends went. The restaurant is a new one at a new location. It’s very modern and inviting. The food was good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, there were piles of dropped food crumbs under more than one table the entire time we were there. No one came out to wipe tables or sweep the floors. Cleanliness wasn’t an option on their menu. Because of that, I won’t be going to this Wendy’s location again.

Admittedly, I have not yet gone inside this location but always go through drive through and have had a fine time doing so. Because the marketing is on point, today, I just had to have some of those crispy fries because of the “high fries” commercial with the kid running around giving high fives. It made me giggle so away I went to get fries and chili. While most people dip the fries in the frosty, if you haven’t dipped them in chili yet, you’re missing out! Just the right amount of crisp with those yummy chill spices makes me happy! They have 2 order stations but I’ve only ever seen one drive through order station open at any given time. Same with the windows. 2 windows but they only seem to ever use one. I’m not sure that opening the second order station or second window would speed things up at all but, but it’s just an observation on my part.

This is not a good place to get food. For starters the drive-through is always crazy busy and has huge lines of cars. The food quality is not very high (it’s fast food after all) and the prices seem steep for the amount of food you get with a meal. Ordering inside is a little better, but the restaurant has odd ordering kiosks rather than someone directly talking to you. Skip this Wendy’s and find a better place.

On this experience I went to West 12th Wendy’s, ordered through the app. Showed up and the whole place was closed. I’m giving the East 10th street location 5 stars, as I told their manager what happened. He decided to make the food for me that I paid for at the other Wendy’s which I remind you was closed. East 10th’s food was delicious. I had the 2 for $6 spicy nuggets and chicken sandwich along with the garlic fries. I used the app offers rewards/offers to save $3 off my total. Now I have enough rewards points to get more food from this location.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Walked in today and 2 kids and mom walked out mad and now I know why. Only 3 people sitting inside and the manager looked at me multiple times acting busy and the other employee did the same so after 5 mins of standing there playing eye spy with them clowns we also left and will choose elsewhere when we want fast food lol smh ridiculous.
