First time having Wendy’s breakfast and I was not disappointed. For a quick bite it was pretty good. I had a number 2 a sausage egg and Swiss on a croissant and my mom had a number 8 the classic sausage egg and cheese. The potatoes were also really good.

So they tried to double bill me on a mobile order, and admitted they have done it to a lot more customers, when i pulled up they said my order was not paid for, however i showed them my order number on the app that said paid and what card was used, they argued for 3-5 min and i said fine if there is a problem and i am billed twice i will dispute the charge and you will not fight it right? he agreed and then says here’s your receipt its paid, he asked for 1st receipt back showing balance due and i told him no way, both interactions are recorded, I would hope that wendys makes swift action on this scam, also there is no way to order food on the app without paying 1st, so yes its a total scam, when caught the guy is heard saying get out of my drive thru, as you can see in pic of receipt the paid one says its a reprint of the unpaid made only 1 min later not a new print a reprint, what is wrong with system or is this an intentional fraud scam?

They recently remodeled. The self service drink and ice dispenser is far better than the old scooping ice out of a bin behind the counter they had. I definitely approve. The fries were fresh and hot. Being cooked in fresh oil is definitely an improvement! I hope they can keep this up.

Came to this location and was in the drive through 22 minutes and could not back out. Food was warm but not hot. Other times waits have been about 10 min so go at your own risk time-wise.

Business hours say it closes at midnight. Came by at 10p and doors were locked. Employees standing inside turned away. We tried the drive thru and no one would answer. Update your hours or find trustworthy employees.

This is the third time I have gone though the drive through and they have given me the wrong sandwich. I order the chicken bacon pub sandwich and they keep giving me the burger version even when I say the number of the meal with is 11 and the burger version is the 8. This time they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. Why is it so hard to understand that I want a number 11????
