I like to be humble, bought lunch for my family. We got 2 chicken sandwiches, salads, and 2 double burgers. The problem was the fries. I got one medium fry that the bottom half was overcooked, they were black, not crispy. It was like eating charcoal. I kept those for myself. I could of returned them, but no, I love to remain humble. Just won’t be visiting this location again

Only people in the lobby and they still forgot a couple items I had to go back to the counter to ask for. Floor was sticky and there was a massive fly running laps around the dining area. Food however was all hot, fresh, and delicious and the tables were clean.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Ordered a baconator meal and the only positive I got was the fries. Went to the pop machine and all that was left was coke, we got coke and it was flat and warm pop that came out. As we were eating a repair guy came and said the machine wasn’t even on. I will never visit this location again nor should any one else. Baconator was two pieces of meat, bread, bacon, and cheese. No condiments, no lettuce, or tomato, pure grease.

Stale dry bun, dry burger, un crisp bacon, the saddest Jr. bacon cheese burger ever. The spicy chicken wasn’t crisp either. Was everything sitting in a warmer? Was really disappointed with this choice for dinner. 11yo Son asked to go here and was apologizing to us for the bad experience.

Extremely incompetent and worthless. Basically threw the food at me at the window. Both burgers that my friend and I ordered had NO condiments on them and both large fries were filled 1/3 of the way full with cold soggy fries. Worst service of my life. Seriously, Wendy’s needs to shut this location down for the sake of their brand. Smdh..

Didn’t realize Wendy’s had gotten rid of the grilled chicken sandwich and went to order it and the woman at the window was very rude. Snapped at me to read the menu before I order. That’s why they have the grilled chicken wrap. None of the other sandwiches come grilled. I understand the frustration of customers asking for things that are no longer on the menu, but to be rude like that is completely unnecessary.

Asked for a cold brew coffee. They took a hot pot and duped it in a plastic cup and added ice to it then told me they didn’t have a cold brew machine even though there was one to the left at the window 2nd time they messed up my order 1st time they didn’t put any seasons or sauces on my baconator ivd work at mcd its not that hard to make an order right
