I gave this location three chances. All three visits my food was cold, dried out an old. NEVER AGAIN. I highly recommend that you do not visit this location because you will be disappointed. My son complained about his food months ago and the young lady at the register cursed him out at the drive-thru window. Please don’t waste your money or your time going to this location. Your food would be dry stale, and not worth it. I’d rather spend my money else where – their meals are not worth whatever you spend.

i waited 15 minutes for my order after placing it through the drive thru. then the guy gave my order to someone else. i had to go in and ask them to get me my order. the only thing he offered me was a free frostie. (i’m lactose intolerant). then as i opened my food there was cat hair in multiple different food items. they did nothing but give me new food items. will NEVER be coming back here.

It was a good experience manager was cool staff was cool they had a customer in there that was nitpicking everything very frustrating because he was checking every single thing in the bag and then complaining about it sending it back I couldn’t believe the patience that the manager took with dealing with this very obnoxious and rude individual I say obnoxious and rude because when he was done he was staring at my wife I had to step in between him and her so he would stop looking and give him a look the guy was also talking down and treating the staff extremely condescendingly. Again my hat goes off to the manager for dealing with this jerk of a customer. For Wendy’s the food and atmosphere was Top Notch. I have gone there before in the past and we have always had a good experience there I felt bad for the workers who had to deal with with a man who was being a male Karen

Waiting in line inside the restaurant for about 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged anyone in line. Then, someone took 3 people’s orders, and then left again, and left me standing there. Again. Finally I just had enough and left.

I have a soft voice and often times I know it can be hard to hear me. I did my best to speak up when the man in the speaker started screaming at me that I was too quiet. Out of embarrassment I said my order was finished when I went to the window a woman came and said no words and looked at me with disgust. She handed out her hand for the card, I asked if everything was okay she continued to stare at me as if I was dirty. I was handed my food and card back and left. It was probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I’m not from the area but drive through here often. If you’re passing through just choose one of the other fast food places. I mean most employees at most fast food places aren’t pleasant but at least if you go somewhere else you won’t be looked down on for no good reason.

They can’t get an order correct to save their lives. Multiple times of forgotten things or wrong orders. They had me pull around the front so they could finish the chicken nuggets and when they brought me the bag the chicken nuggets I was waiting for were not in the bag. Then they gave me the wrong sauce…I mean why is it so difficult to get an order correct…stay away from this Wendy’s unless you check your food like a hawk before you leave. Lol

I go to Wendy’s around 10:45pm 5/25/2022 expecting to get a late night meal after a long day. I order a 20 piece spicy nugget and 2 large fries and when I get home to finally eat I realize that the gentleman at the window gave me 17 nuggets in total and 4 regular nuggets “mixed in” to that 17. Now look I’m not a stickler for this kind of stuff but when you spend $17 dollars on something so simple to make, you expect it to be right. I have worked food industry and other customer service and in my opinion this is just lazy. The fries were also cold to top it off. Just figured I could bring some attention to the matter to make sure it doesn’t happen to the next person.

Been waiting 10 mins in the store, no line in front of me, the manager told an employee not to take my order even though the regular employee asked on more than one occasion to take my order, the manager is unorganized and uncommunitive in the kitchen with Co workers and that’s a disaster for working in a kitchen, the waiting is one thing but standing in line for how ever long it’s going to be to even have my order placed is super annoying, the date is Wednesday May 3rd and it’s 8:10 pm, the guy I’m referring to had no name tag but he has a couple of word tattoos on each of his arms. Even another customer asked that man to take my order after standing 15 mins in a non existent line, only drive thru line, ive worked food and much more difficult jobs. Food did come fast once order placed so 2 stars

Haven’t been to this Wendy’s in years, we got the bacon cheeseburgers on the pretzel buns. The burgers were a 3.5 about the bun was a 5.0, so giving the food a 4/5 but little pricey. Friendly staff and was clean when we were there.
