This was horrible! I came in there first they had bad service. Then I was eating my sandwich and I realize they forgot something in my meal. I was about done with the sandwich and I pulled a LARGE PINK HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH! I COULDVE SWALLOWED THAT! I went in asking for a refund showing the LARGE hair that was in my mouth that I was going to consume. The lady said “ no one has pink hair”. That’s a lie! She said can she get me another meal.. Why would I get another meal, so I can eat another hair !? The other employees didn’t say anything else about the situation they seemed like they did not care and she was very disrespectful. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE EATING HAIR!

The double Baconator with cheese was served hot. The bun was soft and delightful, the meat was generous and super delicious, and the was melted nicely. The fries were hot and just right, every single one and the large pop was crispy and cold and tickled my throat with plenty of healthy CO2! This was absolutely the best tasting if you can even call it fast food because it tasted so good better than places that charge much more that’s for sure It was a 10 in taste and temperature and quantity excellent excellent meal unbelievable I was so happy and satisfied.

Served by someone who appeared to be a manager. I ordered a frosty and she suggested their Wendy’s deal for the time involving a buy a small meal get frosty at discount. Very appreciative of the offer. Store was clean, including restroom. I will return again.

The food was awful. I ordered the Italian mozz classic and the mozzarella cheese wasn’t even anything like the color of what mozz cheese is supposed to look like. Not to mention how stale the sandwich and 10pc nuggets themselves were. I had to use a good amount of force to rip the mozz cheese patty in half for the photo due to how stale it was.

I had not been to a Wendy’s for awhile but decided to try this one for a quick dinner. The staff was helpful and quick. I ordered 2 double stacks and the menu above the register indicated the price is 2.49 per sandwich. The employee said the cost was over 6.00 dollars but I didn’t question it due to it being on the register. After I received my food my receipt was placed on the tray. The receipt indicated the sandwiches were 2.99 each. I returned to the register and informed the attendant of the error and she said other customers had asked for refunds as well. The manager did give me my refund but no apology or explanation for the error in pricing. You need to check your receipt and make sure you are not being overcharged at this location.

I don’t know this young man’s name, but he worked the drive thru on 3/23/23 10:30pm and I was so moved by his kindness and customer service I had to pull over immediately to type this. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me while we waited as the registrar gave us many problems. The willingness to make me a happy customer, I just don’t see often nowadays. I will go back there just because of him! He deserves a raise. But wanted to say bravo Wendy’s on your good choice of employees.

Ordered the Classic Asiago Club sandwich and I did not receive that at all. My rating will always be low if I receive the wrong item. You’re not even busy so there was no rush. Even worse, the sandwich I received was old. I’m not sure if you can see the hard edges of the chicken. Prices have gone up but the quality of the food has decreased.

The absolute worst. Can never get the order right, worst customer service, and you cant even tell them that they messed something up because they never answer their phone. Half the time they wont even give you your receipt, so if there’s an issue you cant even do anything about it. If i could give this location 0 stars i would.
