We ordered food from the mobile app and picked it up no problem but then we showed the tag for the free frosty the tag was for 2023. The person at the window said we had to do it through the mobile app but there is no way to do that and the tag literally says to just show it with any order. The person seemed to just not know the policies or very uninterested because we have redeemed the free frosty here many times before with no problems it this same location. Make sure your employees know your deals and specials because that was just dumb they gave us no explanation how to “put it in the mobile app” and just stopped talking to us so we had to pull off. Real darn silly gooses you guys are hiring hih?

I went to this location and there was one customer in the restaurant getting their order filled. With about 5 or 6 employees behind the counter I had several make eye contact with me but I guess I had my powers of invisibility invoked because no one acknowledged me, not even a give us a minute we will be with you shortly. One’s telling another they need to go home and feed their cat another two talking about the high school they attended so on and so forth. I really don’t think any of them believe that they were there to work and take care of the customers that came into the restaurant. I finally just decided to leave and go somewhere I was welcomed and receive good attentive service.

We used the drive thru to order lunch. That was our 1st mistake. The line was really long and not moving. We finally placed our order and the employee asked us to verify a couple of times. We finally got to the window to pay and she did talk to us a little. Pulled up to get out fod and we not even acknowledged. The employee just handed us our drinks and we waited again for our food. The food was fine and what we expected but the service was subpar at best

Took 15 minutes to get 10 nuggets and single cheese burger with only ketchup… while the bag was checked 3 times and had to wait almost 10 minutes to place the order to star….and the burger tasted old, hard to mess up a nugget ….it’s fast food, but if I need to wait 20-25v minutes for my food, it’s not fast food…it was a good idea at the time but, well had I known a simple order world take just as long as pretty much any restaurant…
