Hands down the cleanest, most well run fast food establishment we have ever visited. The manager happened to be sitting behind us doing paperwork. When we finished eating, I asked if he was, in fact, the manager, which he confirmed. I told him what our impressions of the facility were, in addition to complimenting every one of the staff. He thanked me and, as I waited for my wife, watched him walk straight back and give his employees the kudos they deserved. They say management makes or breaks businesses. Unfortunately I did not get the man’s name, but he is doing a fantastic job!

Truly inedible. I have no idea how this place stays open. I go because it is affordable and keep assuming eventually the have to mess up their standards and serve something close to fresh. I’ve yet for that to happen however. Photo is right out of the bag in the dining room. Hard to eat a burger that has been cooking for almost an hour. Even worse with their chip sandwiches. Likely 5 hours old at least and nearly unable to chew and swallow

Went here on break and they gave me the wrong food. I went in and talked with the guy up front (super nice by the way) who referred the manager Gabby to me. She said I had to wait and she wasn’t going to refund my card. She was super rude and then proceeded to hide around the corner as the cooks made me what I ordered. They told me it would take 5 more mins in the fryer to be done and instead took less than 1 minute- weird. I didn’t want to chance anything and eat undercooked food, but take your own risks I guess. I’d avoid coming here.

I came with my 6 kids after football today . I ordered and there were 2 people on the monitor in drive thru . They didn’t seem to have it together . After being done with order I asked at window if I could add a biggie bag . The guy said no , and that I would have to go back around and order or go inside . Im like , dude i have 6 small kids Im not going inside . Can u ask a manager to just add it I’ve done it a million times . He walks away for 10 sec and says no we can’t . Im like seriously ? There is no one behind me just place a new order and he said , ” look I already told u that you can’t ” so I drove off .. super rude , and so inconvenient.

Nasty , EXTREMELY unprofessional and Terrible experience. walked in because line was long , order 2 fry’s and a 4 price with a drink. Guy barely took my order has his co work came in 3 girls together. All wearing very short shirts and the off clock worded was wearing a budweiser hoodie. Walks behind the counter , start touching food , making a frosty finally the guy finished taking my order. had to ask twice for my drink while i waited for my room. fill my drink up , turn around and the of clock girl and TAKING HER FRIENDS ORDER then turns around and starts bagging food!! Moral of story , i’m disgusted and so disappointed with this wendy’s every single time i come. Not to mention pulled in the drive threw a few days ago and an employee was smoking weed right. Not the one to right a review but come on.

Horrible service, they got my order wrong, gave attitude, no utensils napkins etc the worst customer service this was at 3:15pm on 4/26/2023 employee named Rihanna was yelling and being rude if the owner see this I hope he considers disciplinary action cause if it was my restaurant I would want my customers to feel good and welcomed so the business can continue to grow. As for Rihanna acting uneducated makes sense why she works at a fast food restaurant.
