The hand soap dispenser in men’s restroom was completely empty. I had to tell an employee. But honestly shouldn’t have to do that. There were no small cup lids. The dining room could stand to be updated to more modern design. The employees don’t move all that quickly neither. It’s like we’re a bother to them or something!!! I pray this review reaches corporate headquarters please.

I really wish that there was something nice I could say about this location but unfortunately I have never had a positive experience here. I usually go through the drive thru because you never know when the lobby doors are open or locked. My daughter likes the $4 meal. You get a burger, value fry, chicken nuggets & a drink. The amount of food you get is decent for the money. The chicken nuggets are actually not bad as long as they don’t give you spicy ones when you haven’t asked for them. I’ve never been a fan of their fries. They remind me of someone to lazy to peel the skins off of the potatoes. They are usually cold as they were this time. I ordered the chili & to be fair it is hot or miss. Sometimes it tastes old & more spicy than other times. I also ordered chicken nuggets & specifically told the girl “Not Spicy!” I also wanted a vanilla frosty & naturally they didn’t have vanilla. I picked my food up at the window & immediately noticed my nuggets were spicy. I waited for the girl to open the window & she was quite annoyed that I requested her to correct this. They gave me 4 sauces for 5 nuggets & wonder why they run short on things. There is nothing that drives me crazier than when an employee says this drink or item is on me. No, it’s not on you as you aren’t the one going to eat the cost for it. The owner is the one paying for it so don’t claim it’s on you or the house.

I was picking up food for my wife, I waited 10 minutes by the to go box. Turns out my wife’s order was stolen before I got there. Wendy’s response? “I don’t know what to do” and start walking away. I asked if she could remake the order, and I was ignored. Wendy’s is fast food with poor quality, cheap ingredients—if maybe better than McDonald’s—there is zero reason they cannot remake a meal. Based on how long the food was taking for the very not busy, both inside and drive thru, store, you are better off going to a different Wendy’s in town (multiple within 10 minute drive), going to a different fast food chain, or getting one of the better burgers in the area at Fletcher’s.

Went thru the drive thru in 7-10-23 at 6:30 pm. 4 cars in front of me. They processed their orders and had me at the window very quickly. My order was hot, fresh and correct. As a bonus, the sweet window worker was very polite!! This is almost unheard of these days at a drive through….Great Job Wendys of Fairveiw!! Keep up the good work.

Drive-thru was the only thing open (they had inside blocked off). Love that the company recognizes Veteran’s Day deals, but unfortunately, this particular store the workers were extremely rude and short with you. Expected you to know what the deals were ahead of time when they weren’t advertised. I know it was a busy a morning but it was a bit too much. Before I could even say thank you at the window, they slammed the window shut on my face. The potatoes are delicious and #2 breakfast sandwich was alright.
