We’ve been through the drive thru a time or two, however, we decided to sit in this time and now we will never go back. They had a 5 year old child running around behind the counter! We could have ordered and had a pizza delivered before they got our food made. Then we ordered a specialty burger and received a basic. The guy at the counter repeatedly opened up every burger because the wrappers had no indication of what type of sandwich it was. We ordered sauces and received none, including no salad dressing for the dry lettuce!! I tried to go back up to get some but they were too busy talking to their friends and running into each other because they weren’t paying attention. So glad we won’t be making that mistake again and that there are half a dozen other fast food locations within a stones throw.

This location gave me and my brother food poisoning. I had a bacon cheeseburger, my brother had just a regular cheeseburger. Less than 3 hours later I had hives on my body and was projectile throwing up. My brother had a terrible stomach ache and his throat started swelling. I called my Doctor and she said my symptoms were consistent with food poisoning. Not sure if a batch of beef they got in was bad or if it’s one of the preservatives in the meat, but I will never go here again. Do not recommend. Go to a different Wendy’s. This place has the potential for making you sick.

Very long wait for the car in front of us. That wasn’t a big deal. Some young people cut in front of us in the drive thru line. We assumed they were missing something from their order which happens here regularly. That wasn’t it. They just stopped to chat up the person at the window (picture included). After 20 minutes waiting for the car in front of them and the lengthy conversation I honked the horn and was flipped off by the driver. The lady at the window did not care. She didn’t say anything to us or even look at us when we finally got to the window. Totally unprofessional.

Three times we’ve gone through the drive thru, weeks or months apart. Three times we’ve ordered chicken sandwiches of different types, at least one of which couldn’t also be made as a burger. All three times we’ve gotten some sort of multi patty burger, either triple or double, mostly dry and tasteless. Of course we don’t realize it until we get home. The screen and receipt had the proper sandwich on it. Never thought I’d have to unwrap my sandwiches to make sure we were getting the right food. I guess they just don’t serve chicken at this restaurant.

The “GM” Ashley is INSANE. She not only screamed & cussed at me in front of my 2 year old, she also had her employees come out to my car to take pictures of my plates & video tape me & once again come outside after I went to Arby’s (lol) all over asking for a strawberry tea. They were extremely rude when I asked for it, saying I couldn’t order it (yet I literally order this 3-4 times a week from this exact Wendy’s) & then telling me she “wasted an entire bag of strawberry” on my ONE tea. That’s when I told her I no longer wanted it & that’s when she lost her mind. Her & her cult employees are insane. Read the other reviews, I’m not the only one. Do NOT visit this Wendy’s. Unbelievable.

Food was good but Mrs Justine was very rude and impatient. She forgot to give us our drinks and was mad when we came back through to get them. She rushed us through the whole ordering process and was just overall just quite rude. I know you worry about your window times but she needs to slow the he// down because its causing customers problems.
