The hamburger meat was dry. There was too much “sauce” that it dripped onto the wrapper and soaked through it! The sandwich I believe had been sitting for a while. The sandwich was cool but the bottom had been sitting on a warmer. The french fries were just barely warm. I think this food was leftover from the noon rush. The bright spot was the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and helped me with my drink. My order was pretty expensive for fast food restaurants. I’m sure more has to be charged for the wages up to $15.00 an hour! Not sure I will stop there again.

They have a Freestyle Machine! I recommend you do not try the strawberry orange Mellow Yellow, it’s habit forming! Chocolate chunk cookies are fresh every day and so is the food. Great place to eat!

Food was cold, french fries must have been there all day… the worst yet. Saw staff playing with his shoes and then handing food afterwards….. gross …. never see the same people twice, always new faces…. went in one day and caught a staff member picking his nose around food. Placed mobile order at 6:30pm on a Sunday, came by to pick it up, dining room was closed and doors were locked, waited in drive thru for 20 mins to get the food, arrived at the intercom and was told to wait an additional 7 mins, finally made it to the window and waited another 10 mins at the window. Received my food and the honey grilled chicken and bacon was cold and very dry, they used SHREDDED cheese on the sandwich, and the lmedium” fry was half full. Fries tasted like the oil was three mo this old. Worst experience I’ve had at any Wendy’s, best to drive to Kansas City if you’d like Wendy’s.

I was waiting for my order in the lobby while I saw a manager yelling at an employee. I was shocked and angered by how aggressive she was being and she didn’t even stop when the employee started crying. She stopped the employee from doing her job and caused a very big scene in the middle of the restaraunt. I believe her name was Lori. I will never go here again because of the blatant disrespect and abuse to the employees. I refuse to support a business who treats their workers like this and I urge you to not do that either. I am very upset about what happened because I don’t think the employee deserved to be verbally abused like that. I can tell that is a very toxic workplace.

So for starters they were rude from the second I pulled up making me feel rushed then I get my food and instead of a four piece, spicy nugget and a four piece regular nuggets there was a four piece, regular nugget and a three-piece regular nugget. It was missing a spicy nuggets so I pull back through and ask for my missing item. When I get to the window, the manager proceeded to question me as to what’s in the bag and make me feel as though I was lying she then talook back the three pc which I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to take food back through the window, but besides the point as if I was trying to get free food not to mention there were 5 people standing in the window watching as if I was trying to get free food. Very uncomfortable exchange in my opinion will not be back.

Wendy’s has come in as the new value option in fast food. There’s no place left you arent spending 8-10 bucks in fast food except Wendy’s, and it’s filling for the price. It’s fast food, so it’s not 5 stars, but you get value. Nothing out of place, just a typical Wendy’s. I really like their Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce.

Went through the drive through to order some chili, they suggested the family bowl after I ordered 4 large, that saved me money and was the perfect size! I mentioned that they should have Chili Cheese Fries on the menu, one of the staff/manager heard me say that and added an order of fries at no charge to my order! It was great!
