So I just encountered a very immature triggered, so-called manager. I went to the store to get two burgers and use my promotion points on my app and I made it very clear that I was using the points on my app for the burgers and I’m just not gonna pay for them and I let the girl know that, and she scanned my app two times for both of the rewards And I was charged on it and I even verified with them. The manager then refused to give me both burgers, she also refused to give me the name of the actual store manager, and me sitting in the car with our three kids, telling her to give us the other burger and showing and verifying with her we were charge for it, she refused to do so, and then threatened to call the police. I will tomorrow be getting a hold of the actual store district manager, and getting this resolved and compensated for the disrespect and terrible customer service. I highly recommend anyone going here until they replace that manager and those other female employees that thought it was so funny to treat customers the way they did, especially when I was very respectful and only asked for our food.

So first issue is I placed the order before midnight I got here right at midnight, the young lady who works here all the time at night who has zero customer service skills was extremely rude. Stated they were closed I stated that I had already placed the order online for pickup and paid for the order at which point she decided to threaten to call the police because I wanted to get the order that I had already placed and paid for. This restaurant is by far the worst experience that I have had. And I spent quite a bit of time in St Louis lately and I thought that was bad but this is worse. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy

Friendly service and we were excited that the dining room was open at this location. We have been to many other locations and this is the first one in quote some time where we were able to dine in. Placed our order and sat down. All good came out hot and fresh and was served with a smile. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible experience at this Wendy’s. They had employees fighting in the area dedicated to customers and the food was cold when it was served. The manager at the time (his name is Jason) wouldn’t do anything about the issue. Absolutely horrible management.

Location is killing this place near Walmart. NO BREAKFAST DINE IN. But, I’m only in the area for a minute. I guess corporate knows best. Food is fresh n hot. I walked over thinking dine in, but doors locked. So, drive thru let me order. Some places won’t. Windows advertise breakfast, but no dine in. That thru me off. Hence the 2 star.

Asked if I could walk up to the drive thru window and was told yes by one then yelled at by employee that “we can’t take orders from walk-up after 10. I called them at 9:45pm. The employees at this store are very rude and very disrespectful and very unprofessional. One star is not even good enough for this store. Maybe -5 stars is the best for them.
