Ordered a #7 No onion or tomato. Comes with Bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup and cheese. I got the sandwich almost to work and there was no sauce at all, onions on it, tomatoes on it, not warm. I deove all the way back and they dumped cheese sauce all over my bacon baked potatoes instead of just bacon and sprinkle cheese like they always came with before. No one here at this location has any idea how to make food and take orders. It was a mess. I can see why it wasn’t busy at prime lunch time. Never again. And the remake was a Baconator .

The night crew that is working at this location tonight, is horrendous!! We got in line at the drive through at *940* and they made us wait 10 mins or longer without saying anything. We couldn’t get a response so we went to the window to order, and see FOUR people in there standing there gabbing AND NO headsets on!!! THEN we got told by a guy that they were closing down, so they would not take our order! This is infuriating and I will be making a call to the main manager! This place can do better!

I tried this again for the first time in a couple of years. The new commercials made the food look great. It did look great, but it really tasted bland. Bread was really tender, as was the burger. There just wasn’t any real flavor. Fries were ok. I’m not sure where it went wrong, too much cheese, too much mayo. Just not good enough to make me want more.

On Saturday, June 10th at a little after 2pm, my wife and I went to go through the drive-thru to pick-up our mobile order, and the young woman told us that their systems are down so they couldn’t take our order. I asked her if it mattered at all that we placed mobile orders because I genuinely didn’t know. It was silent for a minute and when she comes back on the speaker she says, “Sir, our systems are down,” in a very rude and slightly aggressive tone. I didn’t think I was being difficult or rude when I asked her about the mobile order, and my wife didn’t, either. We have both worked customer service and food service jobs, so we understand how people can be and try to be as kind and courteous when we go out to eat as possible. Even if things aren’t how we want them exactly, we try not to ever complain about the service. But the way this young woman responded to my question took us both completely aback. We just don’t believe there should be any reason that she should have been so rude and speak to customers like that. I don’t believe we’ll be back to this location again because of it.

I only go here for one thing on my way to work and I go through the drive thru. I highly recommend their strawberry sprite it is the most refreshing beverage I’ve tasted in ages and you have to get their large. I’m telling ya on a hot summers day it hits the spot

Spent 12.48 for a medium chicken classic combo which was way over priced. What I got wasn’t even close as the pictures show. The fries were cold and only 1/2 of the container was full. The next time I want a chicken sandwich, I’ll to Chik-Fil-A or a proper restaurant.

The lady at the drive thru was so rude that she couldn’t be bothered to be patient enough to take my order, couldn’t even get my order right, and food was cold because they’re more worried about rushing instead of giving people not food. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to.
