Here now to pick up my mobile order which is already paid for. Hours are 6:30am for drive through. It’s now 6:45 and I’ve been waiting for anyone to get on the speaker at the drive through. Drove to the window and still no one helped me. This is not ok. My meal is paid for. If your hours have changed up date them!!

I love Wendy’s burgers, but I rarely go there because the service is terrible at the SMP location. Last time I was at the drive thru, they just handed me a bag without saying anything. I had a somewhat large order so I waited to confirm that I had it all. After a minute, they asked if I needed anything else. I asked if that was all and they said yes so I pulled away. We checked the bag and as usual, it was missing a sandwich and fries. I drove around front, parked, and walked inside. I explained to the employee at the counter what I was missing and showed her the receipt. She went and told the employee running the drive thru and a moment later she brought me my receipt and walked away asking if that was all I needed. I held up my receipt and explained I was missing my spicy chicken combo meal and that I paid for a slice of cheese on it. She walked off and came back a moment later and put a sandwich in the bag and walked off again. The employee at the counter explained again that I needed fries too. She brought them and dropped them into the bag and they all spilled out into the bottom of the bag. I had enough, so I just took the bag and left. After that whole event, I still did not have cheese on the sandwich even though I had paid for it.

Dinning area is filled with gnats and Flys and from other reviews this seems like its an ongoing issue! Couldn’t even sit down to enjoy a meal because they r all over the place especially the drink area. How many of these bugs are flying around in the kitchen Place needs to be cleaned we won’t be back

Today I ordered two jr bacon cheeseburgers with onion and was told the total was $6.55. When I gave the cashier my card, he handed it back and said it was declined. I handed him my other card and checked my bank account. I was charged $7.21 on my “declined” card and $6.55 on my other. I told the cashier about this and he then argued with me that it wasn’t true. I showed him the charges and he rudely continued to state he didn’t charge my other card. I could understand if there was an issue or a mistake made but he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Look, honestly my burger was a little sloppy but the fries were amazing and the customer service was delightful. The line was backed up and the drive thru cashier was obviously having a rough time. She apologized repeatedly and was so sweet. We’ve all had bad days and she wasn’t going to let it get her down.
