The workers were not very inviting and acted like they didn’t care or want to be there. Helping customers after they made a mistake felt like a chore to them. Had to come back because they forgot to give me the drinks I bought with my meals. How do you mess that up? Management needs to get their workers doing better.

I had a much better experience the last 2 times i’ve been here. The last few months have been pretty rough. The GM is very responsive and helpful in regards to complaints and issues. Lately my food was done in a timely manner even with them being short staffed (most restaurants are now though), also the food was actually good and the fries fresh without me having to specifically ask for that. Id say this location is definitely improving.

The best burger ever! Spent an hour just savoring every bite, every fry, diet Dr. Pepper and frosty! I am 86 1/4th, so have had a lot of burgers, but this one was the BEST ever! Will definitely go back. The staff was remarkable, place very clean, and a delightful experience!!! Thanks, Derby Wendy’s.

Didn’t answer the drive thru for 10 literal minutes. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never coming back to this location and will let corporate know about all the rude encounters I’ve had at this particular Wendy’s that I’ve let slide before.

The drive thru people are always so polite. The current fries they have are really good, I like how there’s always a lid on the frosties. Also, their new Italian sandwich is amazing, I would dare to say it’s too much food! (Not a complaint lol)

This is literally the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in the 3 states I have lived in. The past 4 times I have ordered here my order has been missing items! Twice I remembered to check and had to go in to get it corrected. The other two times I arrived home to find things missing. The first time they didn’t give me 2 orders of chicken nuggets and 1 small fry. The jr cheeseburger deluxes I ordered didn’t have lettuce or tomato (what literally makes it deluxe) since they were out so they just gave us jr cheeseburgers and took the money we paid to make it Deluxe! The second time (tonight) a 4 piece chicken nugget and small fry were missing. I’m so fed up of this happening! It’s not that hard to double check to make sure all the items are in the bag! Am I really supposed to drive the 10 minutes there and 10 min back to get the food I ordered while the rest of my food gets cold? I’ve wasted so much money not getting the items I’ve paid for! Something needs to change at this place!

I had made an order over and hour before closing through door dash. This restaurant accepted the order and stated they were preparing it. When the driver arrived no one would answer the drive thu and the staff all just stood there and looked at him several times. I attempted to contact them 30 min before they are to close and no one would pick up the phone. This experience was just disappointing and absolutely insane for a fast food place that had plenty of time and means to either accept the order, or deny it, cancel it, and at least be respectful enough of the drivers time and attempt to at least get a response at the window from them.

Absolutely worst Wendy’s been to. The fries were freezing cold. I ordered 6 regular nuggets but I received 5 spicy nuggets, didn’t even get the full order of nuggets and they were the wrong ones. Waited 15 minutes on food and everything came out freezing cold, makes no sense.

Placed order on mobile app. Showed up to pick up in drive through. Was given 4 of the five drinks I ordered. I didn’t say anything at first because I wanted to go on the app to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. Was asked to pull up while my order was prepared. 15 mins later a young lady brought the food out. I asked about my 5th drink. She brings me back a drink(which turns out it wasn’t anything I ordered). I get home 4 of the five meals I ordered had major mistakes and cold and soggy fries. I love Wendy’s food but this location needs huge customer service improvements and a great deal of attention to detail.
