Love the new renovated Wendys! Before it was run down and a ghost town. Now it’s vibrant and they are doing a lot more business! Nice spacious eating area. Clean bathrooms and I like how you wash your hands outside the bathrooms. Service was good. Plenty of light and makes you want to hang out just a little longer there. Will return!

Very long wait for my order. I was told I was waiting on fries, but front counter lady assembled delivery orders with fries for people who hadn’t even arrived yet. Employees kept arguing what each other needed. Then my “fresh fries” continued to sit on the fry station as front counter lady completely forgot about my order. After several minutes front counter lady finally remembers that I’m still standing there. She grabs my now cold fries that were sitting out, finishes putting together my order….and then she very loudly asked me when I’m due (I’m pregnant). When I asked for my order she continued to hold my order closer to her as she then announced to the whole restaurant that my ankles are swollen. Seriously???? I watched several pairs of eyes looking at me, looking at my ankles….I’m done. I have no appetite for Wendy’s anymore.

Paid $9.00 for a taco salad, will post a picture. When someone pays that for a little bitty salad, the least you could do is take the tomato butts out. The chili was awful. Why have you started watering it down so much? It turned my little salad into soup. It was not edible. I thought since everything was brand new, it would be different here, but it was terrible. Had the few tortilla chips for lunch because could not eat my soup salad!

The Wendy’s at west and Central is the only Wendy’s I’ll go to anymore. After their new remodel, everything has gotten an improvement. The fries are hot and crisp, the spicy nuggs aren’t overcooked or dried out. And best of all, their service is quick and friendly. Not a fan of the new chairs tho. So we only do drive thru lol

The prices are waaay tooooo high! I spent nearly $23 on a single burger combo and a chicken sandwich combo, both medium. I can go to Five Guys for that money. Mom liked her chicken sandwich, but the burger was awful. Are the hamburger patties boiled? Because that’s how flavorless and chewy it was. I took 3 bites and gave the rest to my dogs. Both mom and I ate less than half of our fries because they were starchy and flavorless as well.

Tried to order on the mobile app using rewards. The mobile app wasn’t working. I went to the counter to explain my situation and even talked to the manager. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to order through the app (that wasn’t working). He told me that sometimes the app doesn’t work. No kidding?! So I’m supposed to just wait for the Wendy’s app to work? This reward was literally just for a free medium fry with any purchase. You are the manager sir. I have no idea how! No cars in the drive thru or the parking lot, I am not surprised! Lol

At drive through I ordered a single burger with everything on it. They ask if I wanted cheese. I said yes with cheese and everything on it. $6.01. Got home and I had a bun, one piece of meat and cheese and nothing else. Won’t go there again.

Sodas where flat, our fries where super salty. Just by grabbing 2 fries I had to clean my fingers from the excess salt on them Each time didn’t give us our receipt then when we noticed our order was not complete we went back and let them know the missing items they said well did they order it? was it payed for? When we let them know our receipt was not given to us. And sure enough we payed for the items we went back for. Never will I go again to Wendy’s or especially this location.

I am giving it one star because there is no zero. 3 of us went in and the person running drive through said hi. However, no one came to the counter to take are order. Then 4 people clocked in and as they were clocking in, none of them said we will be right with you. One of our party yelled “anyone working here?” When the manager finally came to take are order, he did NOT say sorry for the wait. My friend said what the “hell”, and the Manger would only say, you don’t need to cuse at me. No sorry or anything. This Wendy’s was just rebuilt, but the service is no better than before. They should have not bothered.
