Food was great some of the hottest Fry’s ever from a fast food restaurant. If that’s how they serve food there I’ll definitely be back. I made the mistake of going to Wendy’s on south Seneca. They were out of everything burgers were bunt with cheese on a bun. But this store on 47th and Broadway was the almost the complete opposite the were out of LG cups. But the sure made up for it for a complete hot .real and man I can’t get over how hot and fresh the Fry’s were. Thanks to the guys working 10pm hr on 8/3/2023. You all rock.

Phat Girl Eats World
This new Wendy’s is a welcome addition to the south side. The food is pretty good. Sometimes, it is kind of prepared in a hurry. Sandwiches can get a little smashed. I feel like the quality was better when they had a few more older folks working there. The younger people get it done. There is just a little less finesse. Check that slogan again though, peeps. Don’t cut corners!

A little before 2:00 pm , drove up to order . the girl on speaker asked please hold on a minute , no big deal . After 3-4 minutes took my order , Ok . got to the window and paid with cash , she asked if i could pull up for 3 minutes for my chicken sandwich . At that point I decided to time it . Ten minutes went by and 4 cars behind me left , so i went to the counter and about 5 employee’s were there and had NO idea about my order . They found it in the kitchen just sitting there . I got back to my office and got to enjoy a lukewarm sandwich . I don’t usually do this , but if I owned this particular franchise , I would give it a tune up .

They messed up my chicken sandwich and gave me the wrong size of fry. They also didn’t fill the large fry at all. It was practically empty…. I never have this problem at any of the Wendy’s except this one. This has happened multiple times. Will not be returning to this location.

Honestly Wendy’s is over priced we all know this but their food has gone hill in the last couple years, but the reason I’m making this review is not for the food no no no! The review is for the older man I’m assuming is the manager poor poor work ethic I believe his name was Eric older man he had the girl from the register I’m assuming that does lobby orders over by the pop machines speaking down to her & quite frankly was very very rude & loud he also is very touchy putting his hand on her shoulder talking to her like a child was quite revolting even as bystander very jumpy all over the place was very off putting not someone I would want to have in any customer service! I just feel like for being a costumer it honestly made me lose my appetite definitely was not how someone should be talked to!The poor girl that was at the register was so nice & beyond helpful her name was Cynthia she was amazing! Super nice helpful answered all of questions would only ever go back just to be able to hope I would get that service that she provided but not the one we had walking into the building..

I preordered and paid with the app. They gave me a burger modified to my specifics for the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. Not cool. It was late and I didn’t feel like driving back so I ate the burger. Even though I paid for chicken. If you want food poisoning I recommend eating the chicken at the location at 47th and broadway. I attempted to give them a chance again as every other time i’ve had a horrible time afterwards. Finally I had no food poisoning. Ordered again today and sure enough food poisoning. Not sure what they do to the chicken but it has to be expired or something.

This is my #1 Daves Single Cheeseburger. I always thought Wendy’s had better quality food and service than other fast food burger chains. Sick of every time I come to this location (because it’s close to my house) I come home highly upset. Money wasted. Sad thing is this location is relatively new so you’d think they’d be on their A game. They never are. Oh and the guaranteed “Hot & Crispy” fries were ice cold and not salted.
