Ordered a fry with no salt and this is the portion I got. It’s at least 25% less than the ones I saw being given out with salt. They used a scoop for the salted fries but tongs on mine. I guess employees don’t know how to serve a proper portion unless they use the scoop.

This was the only Wendy’s of four that I checked that had an open dining room on Sunday for lunch on mother’s day. My Mom likes Wendy’s, so that’s where went. First time here. Dining room was clean, cashier was welcoming, food came out quickly and was hot. Great visit. Oh, and they actually answered the phone when I called to see if they had the dining room open. Restaurants don’t seem to answer their phones always.

For a gas station fast food joint, this place really stepped up their game. Very clean, food was hot and fresh, and the ordering process was smooth. The only downside was that it was a bit of a wait to get our food. Not really on them though as it was a busy time. Also, if you haven’t tried their strawberry frosty, DO IT!

My husband is truck driver and the loves truck stop that this Wendy’s is connected too is honestly horrible and I wish I didn’t have to say that because it’s such a convenience to come here and get what we love which is Wendy’s. We’ve given this place many chances and they just haven’t gotten it yet. We have stood at the counter numerous times waiting for our order to be taken. They don’t even acknowledge you while standing there. Don’t apologize for the wait time. They gotten our order wrong so many times that we just decided to stop coming here and pay where we are welcomed because it’s clearly not here.

Sadly I stepped out of my comfort zone and wanted ready food. I got a basic chicken sandwich. It was the only thing I ate that day. And i got food poisoning and was down for 4 days. Just the universe’s way of punishing me for eating fast food. I’m sure it’s usually pretty good. I just won’t be eating there ever again.

I’m usually don’t make bad reviews at any place but today it’s an exception I came to this restaurant and I ask the guy at front from the new sandwich the classic Ghstppr Ranch Chk about it was spicy, and he said the classic no and the shift manager Nancy was there next to him she listened all the conversation and she didn’t said anything about that when I got the sandwich was really spicy for me, I have a blood pressure problems and I can eat spicy since doctor regulations. Then I came back with the sandwich asking for a replacement and she said no because I ordered that sandwich and then I said I did, because your front employee infont of you told me the sandwich wasn’t spicy and then she said well but the sandwich is not spicy for me and that’s the point I didn’t asked for her opinion I asked about it was spicy or not, no her opinion it’s no the answer for my question. if I finished that sandwich for sure I’ll spend my night in emergency because Nacy said for her the sandwich wasn’t spicy but for me is poison.

Did mobile order. Not have time to wait in line. Very slow and lack of customer service. They don’t know how to deal with customer and how to prepare customer order as per they pay. I order spicy chicken sandwich and grill chicken sandwich. As I planned to eat before sleep but they don’t put sauces and toppings in it. It’s very rude of them. All they want me to throw it what they made and did the same. I don’t know why these people deal the customer as per there colour. No clue. Who ever owns the place need to replace the order taker. No sauce, no napkins, no topping. I want to add picture but I threw it. Please, if someone spending money on their meal please make it nicely.
