WHAT IS THIS?! Well, it’s the baked potato my wife was just served. Are those thumb imprints?!She also had a Parmesan Cesar salad that was exclusively romaine hearts with chicken so dry that it turned to dust in her mouth. I know what you’re thinking. It’s Wendy’s. What’d you expect? I guess the lowest expectation would be something at least edible but I guess that was too much for this Wendy’s location. It’s like they said, “Here, YOU throw this away.” Get it together!

This location often gets my order wrong,even when I repeat it three times. Pulled up and doors were locked during business hours,with people still eating inside. Could not get in,but some people left and the door was locked behind them. Driv thru line was to the curb,so I left and went to the north 27th location. They are awesome!!!!

The most ridiculous staff I’ve ever seen at a any fast food place. Went into the dining room to eat and they were the slowest people I’ve ever seen. Two of them were literally just standing there looking at the order screen with no idea at all what was going on. They had a staff of 7 or 8 people with literally half of them working. The guy making the sandwiches even stopped and yelled at the other kid and told him he had to teach the girl what to do. That he couldn’t do everything by himself. Their was 6 customers inside and 3 cars in the drive through. They shutdown down the lobby completely cause they couldn’t keep up. Literally locked the doors to the outside during business hours. We ate our food which was about 20 to 25 mins. When we left the car that pulled into the drive-thru when we got there was just pulling off. Every car was pulled over after paying and made to wait in the parking stalls. Also there was still a customer waiting for his food that was there when we ordered ours. Definitely the craziest thing I’ve seen in a long time. If staffing dosen’t get corrected at this location it definitely will shutdown I’m sure. I’ve never been locked inside a restaurant at 3pm in the day ever. Completely ridiculous. Also forgot to mention the entire time we were in there it smelled as if everything was burning. You could even smell it from the outside.

20 minute wait for a cold pretzel bacon burger that wasn’t pretzel observed only 1employee wearing gloves to handle food he was not the only one to touch food also observed 1employee handling food with no gloves or hair net but sporting a huge pile of hair also observed pickels on the floor as I entered the establishment Infront of the register and they were still there when I left if they had been busy I would have understood but there were plenty of employees doing nothing I would recommend avoiding this Wendy’s wrong food poor service and unsanitary
