Everybody at the restaurant was fine except for the tall skinny gal with black curly hair. Dreamed and yelled at us and through the food through the window into the pickup truck. She’s extremely rude and yelling and screaming at everybody. This woman should be fired.

After being yelled at and harassed by the manager, more than likely we are going to be seeking legal action against this Wendy’s and the manager of it. After tonight’s performance of disrespectful, unprofessional, and outright rude behavior from the manager to not only ourselves but other customers waiting, it is being carefully thought out to be so unacceptable that we’re looking into having charges pressed against the manager of this location, have restraining orders put in place, and suing this location. This is completely and totally unacceptable behavior from anybody, even as simple as a child knows how to act better than this. I have never been so disgusted and so repulsed by any place or individual in my entire life. The fact that I felt the need to reach for a personal defense item as this lady approached my vehicle and was screaming and not only me and my passenger, but also the vehicle behind us, is so wrong and unacceptable, that it’s truly unbelievable that this could even take place. I have been going to this restaurant at least twice a week every single week for the last 10 years, and even though I have had numerous issues of having wrong orders and cold food, I have never once complained, never once been rude to any of the staff, and have enjoyed going here thoroughly. However now at this point in time, I may possibly enter the restaurant one more time when having a restraining order put in place against the manager, or potentially when having papers served to whoever it may concern, having legal actions pressed against this business. Beyond either of those scenarios, I will never return here again.

Literal manager chewed me out for adding 2 things to a baconator because the deal with 2 for 1 for baconator, and i wanted a tomato on it. Order that deal with extras a million times. Never had a problem anywhere else or even here previously.

I was convinced by the drive-thru person to try a new ghost sandwich which obviously was hot ghost peppers burger but what was done to my burger was terrible, not mind you I driven , 30 mi to Wendy’s cuz the closest one I love Wendy’s but after that night I changed my my opinion on that when I was driving home and I took my first bite into my burger I had something squirt all over my chin my shirt my pants my center console my steering wheel and I was like what the heck is this well apparently they have put about I don’t know 5 oz or 6 oz worth of whatever sauce they put on it which was totally disgusting cuz they had so much and ruined my clothes I thought well maybe it was an accident but no because the person that was riding with me took about her sandwich and the same thing happened Make a long story short I spend about $25 between her and I and it basically went in the garbage I was so disappointed and I still am

Genuinely awful experience. Came through to get a Jr. cheeseburger and cheese fries. The man that took our money was fine, but the woman working the second window was so incredibly rude. Practically threw our food at us and slammed the window. When we opened the cheese fries there was a long black hair in them, so we came back to get a new order (because good luck ever getting a refund from this place without a giant hassle). We get to the second window and the same woman scolded us and told us she wouldn’t take the old food back (which we understand with covid and all, but her attitude was disgusting). And this time she literally tossed the food at us and slammed the window harder than the first time. Evening crew is usually fine, but the daytime window lady is a nightmare.

Mandi is very disrespectful and says that it was the customer, I may be the significant other of a Wendy’s employee but when I purchase food I am just as much a customer as anyone else. She tried to say that a manager said something they didn’t and had said I said something I didn’t. I purchased food for myself and my significant other for dinner as he’s on night shift and I asked when he gets his break to be able to eat and she said he doesn’t get one. So apparently Mandi is willing to keep employees from eating just because she hates someone she doesn’t even know that is involved with the employee and is a paying customer.

Not thrilled with the level of customer service at this location. After 2 seniors in my party specifically requested senior while ordering they still didn’t ring their senior drinks up on the order. No remorse after half-way offering to make good on the issue once we sat down and I looked over the receipt. This store needs a true Wendy’s trainer/manager to work the staff over on customer service skills!!! Come on guys, get it together!

Friendly, clean place. Our mobile orders were fresh, hot and tasty. We have been there twice as a tourist. Both times greated with a smile and a welcome to Wendy’s. Try those baconator (sp)? fries and or their chili with a burger. For fast food, hard to beat.
