20 plus min waiting in drive through.. Tried to order the chicken wrap and a salad.. They were out of Wraps, out of grilled chicken and out of salads.. finally got the kids’ meal nuggets. They were hard and dry, and the fries were broken up and burnt.. GOSH AWFUL PLACE OFF NOTHSHORE BLVD IN SLIDELL.. Why are they opened?

Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, but this was bad enough. My nuggets could still be sold on a grocery isle in walmart they were so cold, my fries were still frozen cold but so crispy they must have been fried twice. My burger got cold before I was halfway through with it. I drive a semi for a living so I pass restaurants up all day long, usually hungry and hoping for a place to park and run in(almost never happens) but this was the worst delivery I’ve ever received.

Every other time we have been to this Wendy’s we have either had to deal with people who know nothing about customer service or orders not filled correctly. Pictured are fries in a recent order. Cold, hard and obviously they didn’t care. Nothing like getting home and can’t eat your fries because they’re horrible. Whatever you do, check you bag before you leave.

Had a $30 order but they ended up not having the frosty’s that I was charged more for but they still charged me the same price without them. Everything’s expensive right now but if I paid for it I want it. If I can’t get it, I want my money back. Didn’t get the garlic fries I ordered instead got cold regular fries and my sandwich was missing the crispy onion rings that make it a different sandwich, all this after a 15 minute wait after I was moved to the side of the line.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. Rude employees, any dine in will take 15 – 20 minutes and they will serve 5 drive thru customers in that same time. Orders are wrong and then they argue with you about remaking it. I used to defend this Wendy’s because of the short staff but it has become trash. Any other Wendy’s in Slidell is better. Spend the extra 5 minutes and go to a different location.

Drive thru order of nuggets and a cheeseburger. The nuggets were room temp and the cheeseburger was cold, every item including the bread. Wendys is never a first choice. However they were close to Walmart. Now they will not be a choice. I called the store before posting this review. I left a voicemail message also.

Hands down, the WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had! Let’s start with the sevice… It’s nonexistent! Stood at the pickup counter for over six minutes waiting for ketchup (condiment counter was completely out). Order was prepared wrong. Missing shakes, no extra lettuce, fries instead of chili, etc… The floor (at counter, in bathrooms, and dining area) were so saturated with grease, you need to stable yourself on the handrails! Its an absolute SAFETY HAZARD! Bathrooms were out of paper and simply a general wreck! I counted SIX different customers (in ten minutes) complain about the floor, lack of condiments, wrong orders, and condition of the tables. Now… lets talk “food quality”!
