The sodas Machine was not working at all and it took 20 minutes before I was able to place my order and they didn’t even have a full crew it was just 2 people working back there and it took 30 minutes to make my food while 4 other people waited to place there order and the food was not even like advertised on the menu they need to fire the manager get a better staff in there because they are losing money than making money and the food was cold as well

I came to Louisiana to visit family. This restaurant if you can call it that was in bad shape. One of the managers, Brenda I believe her name is, was rude to her employees, told customers about her husband who’s dying, (no one’s business but hers), smacked other employees on their buts, rude to just about everyone. Other than that she stayed in the office for a few while her employees were playing catch up. She complained the whole time about how she was tired and didn’t want to be there anymore. Very unprofessional and dissorganized. The store has moldy ceilings, soda machines that don’t work, too much carbon water for the one that does work, tables are dirty, floor needs to be swept. Food was decent. But all the rest needs a lot of major work. I asked about the soda machine upfront and they told me it’s been broken for MONTHS!! Get it together Wendy’s. In my home town, all 4 of our Wendy’s are doing good. No issues like yours. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Not worth going here, will not return. I’ll go to Loves and get a sandwich from them instead.

I waited a few minutes before being served. (No greeting) I ordered the $6 Biggie Bag, no salt on fries, strawberry lemonade(no ice), and added a Medium Strawberry Frosty. I paid $10 and some change. Upon receiving my order, I asked for 2 bbq sauces and no ketchup. The short manager only handed Me 1 bbq sauce and said I would have to charge you for the second bbq sauce. I asked how much and she couldn’t even tell me. Then she said I guess 25 cents. I Said that’s fine, and handed her my card, before she took it, a good Samaritan said that’s ridiculous, she didn’t get ketchup and to take it out of his change. In addition, the nuggets were not fresh, the frosty was way below rim for $3 plus tax, and she put ice in my drink and I asked for no ice.

I wish I could give this place a zero. It is the worse fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The whole staff was unprofessional and rude. The staff didn’t want to be bothered with customers or their orders. The tables were disgusting there areas a dead roach. Ordered the pub burger with the pretzel bun. They were out of bacon I said ok it’s fine with no bacon. Get to the truck it’s not even on the pretzel bun. It was gross and cold. I’m a Wendy’s fan but this location is pretty terrible.

Worst visit ever! Have stopped a few times when in town and every time is horrible! We just wait forever and my food is cold and barely anything… like where is a real burger… on top of that the girl at the window was openly saying how she was about to lose it then stuck her head out the window and said the people waiting to order at the speaker could wait! Rude customer service..older lady at drive through very impatient even though I was the only one in the drive through. I felt rushed. And when I got to the window to pay she was rude and impatient and ended up saying my card could not be read so I left and never got anything. I had cash to use but felt rushed. I wanted to ask to.alter the price so i could use cash instead but she was very rude. This was at 11:30 pm.
