I come here more often than I would like because my wife likes spicy nuggets and it’s close to where I live. The drinks are not good, the service is bad, and the quality of food is low. I would avoid the McNeese location for something else.

I ordered a large fry extra crispy from the drive thru. Ended up with a small, cold and rubbery box of fries. I pulled around and went inside where 5 employees were “working”, but I was not acknowledged until 8 minutes later when the mgr. Came from around back. I explained what the problem was and she made it right. I will not be back.

So I arrived to get breakfast no one was in line perfect!! Atleast thats what I thought. The intercom had a note that said speaker broken pull up to window okay no problem. Pull up to window there’s an employee leaning on counter at drive thru in her cell phone waited 5 mins she still never acknowledged, looked up, or anything and the window clearly had a crack so she definitely could hear the vehicle. This explains why there weren’t any cars in the parking lot. Wendy’s do better if your employees don’t want to work get rid of them no telling how much money you lost this morning. Firstly, I need to put that the temperature outside the night I am talking about was 42 degrees. I called to ask the hours and was told they closed at midnight. I had to walk to the location (took me all of 3 min), because my car was broken down. I get there and the lobby doors were unlocked (it was 10:05) so I went it and up to the counter. I was then told but an extremely RUDE pink haired girl, that the lobby was closed (then LOCK THE DOOR dummy) and that their servers had been down for a while and were unable to take my order!!! So why wasn’t I informed of that issue when I called??? Because the employees at this location are lazy., that’s why!!!
