Even after seeing bad reviews, I had to try their new breakfast muffins. The bacon egg and cheese was was good and the sausage egg and cheese was good as well although the sausage was too spicy for my hubby but I loved it. In comparison to McDonalds muffins, I prefer the eggs from Wendy’s! They are fresher and cooked better (as in not rubbery). Visited with Jennifer at the window while waiting for the order and she was awesome. My experience was 5 out of 5 for quality and speed and I will return to this store in the future.

Worst experience ever. Spent 65$ feeding my family of 7. Spent all this money at the self serve terminal to not receive a receipt. Took several minutes to get my drinks at the pickup window as none were available like the order screen said there would be. 3 people looked at me waiting and none acknowledged that I was there. Then having to argue that I am missing food that I paid for. Everyone that was working looked as though they hated their job. I got 3 foul attitudes from 3 different people I dealt with. All 3 workers rolled they’re eyes at me for having questions or arguing that I’m missing food that I paid for. Maybe it was the crew I got, maybe it’s this location. Maybe it’s Wendy’s in general. I’m not sure. Had I known I was going to be treated so poorly I would have certainly eaten somewhere else. It seems as though the crew working did not want to do the job there are being PAID to do. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Will not eat at this Wendy’s again.

No one will take your order here. They rely on a kiosk, which takes forever to order your food. Should get an employee discount since we have to do their job for them. Also, what’s up with the bathrooms? Both say family bathroom. There are already nasty guys who can’t pee correctly. Now I just feel sorry for the females who have to use these restrooms.

No one will take your order. Forced to employee robot kiosk. A definite wrong step by Wendy’s. 3 of 4 mandate kiosks were also not working. Nice folks and good food but HORRIBLE delivery. Ruining a good brand. Will not return. Even burger king has folks to take your order…whatever bright light at corporate that came up with this disaster should be made to work at this location everyday for a month. A full month.

I made a pit stop here . You guys have to do better when hiring people with ZERO customer service skills.!! We had a drink missing from my order so we let them know. My husband has a accent so I jumped in to help. The difference of how we communicate vs how the girl at the window did . Oh my attitude attitude attitude. Not only did the order get messed up we were just fixing that very nicely since it was only a drink . I actually felt bad for the girl because not everyone is nice but why work somewhere that you feel the need to be RUDE !!!

I really don’t eat anything at Wendy’s not because I don’t like but very less choices for vegetarians. I like their seasoned potato, I could eat every day (but I don’t because it’s not healthy anyway). But one should try that at least once. The only problem is you get till 10:00am only.

I’m really shocked to see all these bad reviews because I had an excellent experience. The drive thru lady was so super nice and friendly. She forgot my cookie bit things happen. I went back thru and told her and she was very sweet and apologized. Mistakes happen. All in all I thought the customer service was excellent!

I am a loyal customer here. Or rather, eat every day and i really like the spicy chicken burger with bbq sauce but today i ordered 6 burgers because it was so delicious and i asked for extra 6 sauce bbq for each one , and they told me to wait they will bring it out , but when they brought out 6 burgers they forgot my sauce bbq and I had to go inside and get it myself but when I asked for it, the very nice and enthusiastic kitchen helper was about to get it for me but a girl ran over to stop it and only said to take up to 2 but the baker still got me 3 , the problem is that if i order 2 burgers i ask for 6 sauce bbq it is totally ridiculous and you can kick me out of the shop for doing it , but i order 6 and i can pay extra for 6 sauce bbq if you want i don’t care about that . but why do you treat me like a bully and i was very hurt by her actions !
