I came to Wendy’s for lunch with my family. Our cashier Latreka was AMAZING!! She was well-versed in the specials going on at the time she offered us one that gave our family a bit of a break and we all know that we need a bit of a break when it comes to the Wallet. She was really great at offering and listening to what we needed. I know a lot of people don’t think of a fast food place as customer friendly or customer oriented but this place is amazing she made this experience a great one.

To start they got our order wrong, the person checking us out did not care to mention they were out of butter when we asked for it. We get a baked potato requesting no bacon and of course it comes with bacon on it. They were out of pretty much all of their drinks and the one of 3 drinks they had other than water was Coca-Cola but even that was watered down. As I walk up to the counter to ask for the butter that was left off the order three employees just stare at me instead of helping me until the manager is poked. The people behind us order Chocolate frosties and the cashier doesn’t bother to mention they are out of Chocolate until right after they already had paid for their food. I feel bad for the manager Alex because it looked like he was working and no one else was, but he’s obviously not actually managing them either if they aren’t doing anything.

Went to Springcreek location at 9am on 9.03.23 and was treated VERY rudely by the lady taking my order. I decided to cancel my order and went next door to McDonalds. The staff at McDonalds was extremely friendly and professional. I will not be going to this Wendy’s location ever. The management needs to be trained.

I went to this restaurant on the fourth and asked for three of there four for four they asked what are the drinks I gave them two of the drinks as been their blueberry pomegranate lemonade and the last on being orange vanilla hi c. I get to the window to pay I looked at the receipt and it states they charged and up charge for my lemonade and I asked to speak to the manager for a refund because no where inside the restaurant nor outside does it state they up charge for their lemonade let the manager on duty know what the problem was she came to the window with a chip on her shoulder saying I’m not giving you any type of refund because this is what we charge and then rudely closes the window and locked it as if I was going to jump in there drive through window. So please be aware when going to this location of the up charges and the rudest customer service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wasn’t sure if they wanted to know ahead of time I had a coupon or if it would be helpful so I just stated that I had it. Rosalia(name from the receipt) got snappy and yelled through the intercom about just ordering. I almost drove off and I should have because she got my order wrong. Bacon sounds a lot different than sausage. I don’t like sausage so when I got home and realized it was a complete waste of money I didn’t eat it.

Drove by the drive thru and this African American girl was very rude when trying to place a order the first thing she said when arriving yeah go ahead.. I’m like ok I told her what I wanted in a soft tune she was like I can’t hear you cause the speaker is messing up because of the weather. Ok no problem so spoke a little louder tell me why she is rude Omg so she said just pull up.. to me that’s not great customer service at all. So notice this giga boo took my debit card and didn’t even charge me I’m not oh wow she must not be having a good day today. So the espanol sweet guy brought out my food from the drive thru window. I guess she didn’t want to see me I’m guessing she knew she was hell rube and of course I’m coming on here to let everyone know report bad customer service please we are the ones who paying them alone with being kind it’s not right for people like her to bring her issues to work and mistreat customers.
