Ordered Dave Double combo. Received the wrong order. When called to speak with the manager…the manager was not there. I asked to speak with someone that spoke English, they hung the phone up. I hardly ever visit fast food places, but since the weather was bad, I needed to stop near my house. The advertisement about their new and improved fries, turned out ‘not true’…the fries taste like they are using old grease. Just awful. Never again will this location get my money..the time before this, was about 6 months ago…they messed my order up then. They just can’t seem to get it right. I wish the corporate or district office would intervene to ensure that hiring the right people is implemented.

Probably the worst dine in Wendy’s I’ve been to so far. One entry door works.. I had to walk around and then ordered my food and they don’t have Dr Pepper.. got my food I asked for spicy nuggets.. gave me regular. Decided just eat regular cold stale nuggets been sitting half day… then the men’s restroom were filthy and stand up and toilet were both clogged and smells in there. On a 110 degrees Friday… yay..

The Bourbon Baconator Cheese Burger double meat is awesome but i would have loved at least 1 layer of veggies to balance out the meat. The Jalapeños Salad is sour and tangy for those who love salad with a sour twist.

Such a poor customer service experience. They made errors with the order, made my husband drive 10 minutes back to then make excuses (talking in front of him in Spanish about what to tell him assuming he didn’t understand) and then tried to not correct the order. He’s usually a calm man and this place got him loud. It got fixed but by the end we didn’t even want to eat the food. Just no. Never again.

The restaurant gets worse and worse each visit; non English speaking ladies behind the counter, keep washing trays, realizing customers are waiting to place orders, ketchup containers are empty, the place stinks, food all.over the floors ~ inside condition is very nasty, spilled liquids all over floors, no house cleaning, hands/money stick to counters at register…Very unprofessional appearance..!! Non English employees conversing in eating area very loudly while eating; employee in the booth listening to music at high volume & disturbing all guest.

Just stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes, and not once did any employee even acknowledge I was there. There were 4 people working that I could see, and all 4 at different times looked at me. The gentleman, I believe was manager on duty even worked on the computer at the front and still never said a word to me. So I just walked out and still never didn’t anyone say anything to me.

Horrible service through the drive-through. I know it’s hard to find good help, but PLEASE pay a little more. Kids love your food but will not be back to this location. Mother daughter combo and one only seemed to speak spanish, nothing wrong with that only saying it in the event others experience the same issue, were the only ones working the store and you could tell they could care less about being there. Charged us for something they were out of and just stared at us with no solutions like they wanted us to leave and accept it. No refund, no solution, just a stare until we left. Wendy’s obviously doesn’t care because we just read about a dozen similar reviews for the same location. If you are reading this, there are a handful of other locations. Please don’t go to this one. Would be good to see the consumer win once in a while.
