I usually avoid visiting this location because the service is slow and my order isn’t correct. However my visit this morning was a pleasant experience. I requested fresh seasoned potatoes and that’s exactly what I received! My sandwich was delicious and the customer service was great! I wish I had asked for the cashiers name because she was very nice. Hopefully I will continue to get this type of service from this location in the future!

There was a small child running around in the kitchen. She looked to be related to one of the female employees (no one to watch her today?) The child seemed comfortable in that area like this was not her first time. What’s worse is she was grabbing the cups behind the counter and putting her mouth on them. Awesome!

I have been to this Wendy’s a few times and today was the worst experience I’ve had coming here. The girl that took our order was a little rude. She seemed irritated that we were ordering. I pulled up to the window and she started fixing the drinks. She fixed 3 out of 5 then asked for payment. I gave her the card and she handed me my receipt and then shut the window. She went around to the front of the restaurant to fix the last 2 drinks and finally handed us the drinks. I usually get all my drinks up front. It was very slow so there was no reason why the food should have been cold. My chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there all day. The bun was hard as a rock. The chicken patty was cold and over cooked. I understand that people can have bad days but I paid my money to eat here and would like to get good service and fresh food.

I had a very bad experience online ordering today at Wendy’s, especially with this location. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and fries with Spicy chicken nuggets. I waited for my order as it said it will be delivering my order at 11:55 AM. But they stole my money and said my order was cancelled because the equipment was broken down. I can understand that there is technical issue, but please close down the store when there issue with equipment and make online unavailable. Instead don’t tell customers their order was cancelled after they paid for it. I literally lost $34 at this location. Shame on this location. Please have equipments fixed before opening the store

When you first walk in there was a roach on the floor and then when you enter the second door. The smell was so bad. The carpet looks so nasty me and my kids wanted to eat inside but decided to go back out to the truck and eat because none of the tables were clean. Dead flies everywhere. Food all on the floor and then the seats were so dirty and sticky. I will never go to the location ever again. The manager and the co worker were arguing so loudly about the co worker not saying yes ma’am or no ma’am. It was the worse experience ever.

I ordered a single pretzel bacon pub burger, received a different burger on a pretzel bun. There was no bacon or fried onion on my burger, but there were all the fixings that would be on a regular burger. I called for about 5 minutes since I had already arrived home to speak with someone on the issue. When I called, if no one answered a voice came on saying the person you’re calling isn’t available and before it can finish, the call ends on me without giving an option to leave a message. 12/10 Would not recommend going to this location.

Worst Wendy’s ever…just close the store permanently. manager texting on phone never said hi or seemed interested to take my order.. one door was locked for some reason making me feel the dine in was closed… put a sign on the door. I asked someone in the drive through why the door was locked on east side of building and he sad he didn’t know… Go to Chick File next door. They are awesome!!! But they were closed on this particular Sunday. In summary… leave this place and nevercome back.

Ok I get it, it’s fast food I’m not going to get the best experience all the time but when it comes to quality control on toppings that you pay extra for, y’all didn’t look at the back and throw out the burnt bacon and made more, like how do you think this is okay to serve it to your customers and would you eat this? Definitely not! It’s not even that crispy almost burnt bacon this is BLACKENED and not in a good way
