The guy in the window taking the order is excellent. Very friendly. But his manager? The Hispanic lady at the second window?? Does not need to be in this line of work. Incredibly rude and dismissive! She tried to hand me the wrong order then got an even worse attitude when I told her it wasn’t my food. She’s the absolute worst and I will drive further away to make sure I never spend another dime at this location thanks to her. I hope someone above her sees this and corrects her immediately.

Asked for 20 nuggets and a lemonade and the employee didn’t speak any english so she misunderstood and over charged me almost $5. When I asked for a receipt she had another employee get the receipt printed and saw the error and provided us with a refund in cash for the excess charge. Not great but resolved the issue easily.

Your night shift manager the very loud lady with blonde hair I’m assuming that is who she is the manager I pulled up to the speaker andI heard to voices hers that say HOLD ON! and the nicer gentlemen who kindly said Hi how may I help you… sooo I ordered 2 drinks that is all I wanted. I pull up to the window after waiting forever for the other car that was waiting for their order & the window was wide open all I can hear is the very loud woman going back & forth with another girl telling her what she needs to be cleaning or something of those lines no one was at the window I waited for a good hot 2 min for her to come with my drinks she had one drink in her hand and it was not the iced coffee I wanted nor the lemonade I ordered. I asked what that was she said “didn’t you want coffee, well what did you want” I said yesss it was vanilla she was like “oh okay I can give it to you” and put her hand out so I could pay. That is when I was like no nevermind. I did not want to argue with her like I ordered at the speaker you should already known. I have been here before this late and it is always the same issue with this lady always seems like she’s frustrated and not focused on her job. This area where this wendys is at is a nice area. I did not expect for service to be this terrible at such a late hour where there is literally no rush. Not even the one on Jim Miller aside from all the homeless hanging out there that place is clean & the ladies at night time are kind, good a their job & get everything out correctly, quick and fresh never had an issue with them. Whoever is area director of this store should really have a talk to this woman running this store at night. She is making ya’ll look very bad. Stop being lazy & find someone who actually cares for their job & will be happy doing it.

Understandable that with inflation they raised the price of a baconator combo to 9.99 but when I received my meal there was hardly any bacon on the burger, a piece and a half at best. When I inquired about the minuscule amount of bacon on the sandwich I was told you only get two pieces. I guess not only do they raise the price but they cut back on what they give you. Maybe their corporate office should consider updating their website to accurately reflect you no longer get 6 pieces of bacon but only a piece and a half

This location was not busy at all inside, so I am not sure why it was so dirty at every table. The staff was friendly, but I had to ask for several items that weren’t provided, ie. Napkins, lids utensils, since the station wasn’t stocked. The food got 3 ⭐ because it was warm.

They first gave me the wrong order and didn’t even apologize and had an attitude about it after not being friendly at all from the get-go then when they corrected the order, it was thrown together. No one‘s going to spend their money for that. They acted surprised when I ask for a refund.

Went to Wendy’s and spent 15 dollars…the fries was cold, and my chicken spicy sandwich which is 8 dollar’s by itself looked like it was on a diet. Very disappointing being that I like Wendy’s.

WOW! Wendy’s what an effen disappointment. At the speaker the service was okay but when I got to the window I was missing a burger that turned out to be an expensive joke and this little bitty potato that was missing the sour cream and butter and was an even more expensive joke. What happened to the quality food you used to serve? Yeah, I won’t be back.
