This Wendy’s is close to home, but we only stop every so often. (Drive thru). The staff is usually pretty good, usually friendly. The problem we have is that probably every other time we go, they mess up our burgers. Today I ordered a single with everything on it. I also ordered a single with Mayo, mustard, pickle, and onion-NO cheese. I received two burgers with cheese, Mayo, onion, and pickle. Same thing on both burgers, neither were right!! What the heck! I guess we either have to stop going there, or check our order before we leave! I’m mad at them, and mad that I should have to check my order every time I go! Ugh! Terrible! I only give 3 Stars because I’ve never had a problem with the window staff, they are always friendly.

This is by far the worst Wendys. The employees doesn’t practice good food safety procedures and when brought to the manager, she still didn’t ask the employee to wash his hands or put on gloves. The store needs to be retrained on food safety and hand washing procedures.

I have no stars to give for the poor service I received tonight, the person at the window Alejandra was very nasty to me, she had a very horrible attitude, and served us nothing but attitude with the wrong order and cold food, I have been going to that Wendy’s for over 2 years and have never had this bad service, I don’t know if she was having a bad night or not, but this is unacceptable and then when I asked to get the order fixed it seemed to make her even more mad, I inquired about the cold chicken wrap that I was served, and she with a very nasty tone said, its supposed to be cold, so I payed $23 for food that was horrible and service that was even worse, if I know she is there I will NOT go during her shift, she needs a real good training session on how to be cordial and how NOT to get an attitude with people she serves…… I always tip the window person, so she missed her blessing being a grumpy guss….

I wish I could give negative stars. Why is it EVERY SINGLE night you can only place “MOBILE ORDERS”???? They close at 12 but only mobile orders at 8/9 pm??? This is unreal. Better question what MANAGER is leaving CHILDREN to run a shift to make their own rules. Standing around laughing with no intentions to work. It takes 5 kids to say “Only mobile orders” ? YEAH OK. This location literally needs to be shut down , serves no purpose to be open if we can’t be serviced.
