Not fast food. Extremely slow service. Took 10 minutes to get to order then then another 20 minutes to get food. Ordered for a mobile order and made me wait in a parking spot up. It would have been faster to go into a restaurant and get waited on by a server or make a meal at home by scratch.

This is not fast food. When people ask for refunds and it takes another 10 minutes after waiting 20 for food. Well that should have been an indication to leave. After ordering and waiting 15 minutes I asked about the order as there was only 1 ahead of me. Finally got the food as I hear employees complaining about patrons. The problem isn’t the patrons it the lack a direction it’s the lack of time management and mostly the lack of caring about your job. None the less a black man with long dreads not covered when dealing with food is just plain nasty, might as well not wash your hands after going to restroom. Nasty is nasty. Will not be back.

It’s clean, the food is served hot and fresh and most of all Bobby is sweet as pie. My mom ordered a sandwich that was too spicy for her so I was going to buy her another one. I came back uo to the register to order where I encountered Bobby, who was smiling and so sweet and helpful. I told her what happened and thar I needed to order another sandwich because she didn’t know it was that spicy and Bobby instantly replaced it with another one that wasn’t spicy. She was so sweet and helpful and doing a great job running this store.

Just went through the drive thru – We were sitting at the second window for 20 minutes and they had to ask us three times what our order was – they already took our order and we had paid so how do you not know what we ordered? Then, We watched a girl walk out mid shift, and I don’t blame her. Do better. We ended up just driving off after paying without receiving our food. Wasn’t worth it to us.

Ordered a kids meal on the app for my 3yr old, to pick in the drive thru. Order seemed to be correct just looking at it but got all the way home and wondering why is was coughing. It’s because someone didn’t pay attention and gave him spicy nuggets. Workers need to look at what you are doing instead of playing and talking.

Will not go back. After waiting over five minutes for the other two cars to order, I finally got to the window and announced my name for a mobile order. The person at the ordering spot told me to go to the second window. Even when I got to the first window, the lady there told me to proceed to the second window. At the second window, a lady handed me a drink, which was not my order. At this point I’m repeating my mobile order over and over until what I think was a manager said that I skipped the window and that there was no confirmation. She was wrong with both accusations. Even when I showed her the confirmation on my app, she didn’t attempt to come up with any other solution than to drive back around and go through the drive thru again. I’m done with Wendy’s. First it was the one on sycamore school Rd, now it’s this one with terrible customer service.

What’s the point of have mobile service if when u get there they can’t find the order or tell you “are you sure u came to the right location?” Won’t even help you by looking at the mobile app to see the order that is paid for already. last time I was there my order was wrong figured u can’t mess up on A mobile order. WRONG it’s you have no order. I just cancelled the order on the app and I’ll never come back!!!

First the inside was closed to the public, then we waited in drive thru for 15mins. When we placed our order they were out of every drink I named and the cashier got smart with me because you’re out of everything…will never go back here
