If I could give their Service zero stars, I would. Just like Taco Bell they are only on their own time and have zero regard for the customers. Super long wait time, very aggravating. I used to work in the food industry all the way up to a manager. It’s not hard to train your employees to do a fast job, with good service at the same time. They sure don’t live up to their sign on the wall.

Came in here last night about 9pm. When we went in it was empty no customers. The cook was sitting at one of the tables on his phone. We ordered on the kiosk. Went to the counter to wait for our food. The cook who was just sitting at a table on his phone proceeded to go to the cooking area and started preparing our food with no gloves or washing his hands. My husband brought this to the attention of Jessica. She was very professional and re made our food personally. When we asked for our receipt they couldn’t print it. It was a mess. None of the managers there could do a reprint of the receipt.

Only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I have tried to give this Wendy’s a chance over and over but they always fail miserably. I have gotten so many burnt chicken nuggets here its crazy, the last batch was so overcooked it was dry inside. So many times I have been overcharged for my food. Employees are very unprofessional, when they finally do get a decent employee or manager they don’t seem to last long. This place needs a major overhaul.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am a dasher and was here to pick up a customer’s food. Upon arrival 2 employees exited a vehicle at the same time and appeared to be under the influence of something. One of them then proceeded to wave me to the drive thru even though I had pulled in to go on the inside. The girl at the drive thru sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. Once I advised of who I was picking the order up for they proceeded to tell me that they were out of regular chicken nuggets and salad and had me pull forward( outof regular nuggets and salad on a Sunday at 7pm). So I went inside of the restaurant, Asked for the employees to remake everything fresh. 3 out of the 5 employees there(including the 2 that got out of the car) appeared to be under the influence of something. Asked the guy who handed me my order for his name he replied with “my name is B but you don’t know me!” I don’t know if the general manager or manager cares or not(it’s obvious that they DON’T) but your employees are going to be the cause of this restaurants downfall!

I love Wendy’s, however, many of thier locations are a hit or miss. Yesterday I had the pleasure of experiencing a TOTAL home run from the ordering process to the rendering of my meal. I was very impressed with the A-1 customer service. The restaurant was out of a few things I wanted, but the staff were so nice, and made suggestions. My food was hot when I received it. I’m excited to share that when I’m in the Fort Worth area and have a craving for Wendy’s THIS location will be my go to! GREAT JOB! P.S., shout out to ALL the staff who were working on 5/26/23, around 7 p.m. I appreciate you ALL!

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I would NEVER write a review for fast food, but that is how bad it is. They are always out of everything. One trip they were out of the new strawberry frosty and spicy chicken nuggets. Just now I went for their salads and they aren’t serving any for the rest of the night, it’s 630! I won’t be back.

This place is hit or miss, leaning towards the miss more. Main issue is usually the service, quality of food is standard for Wendy’s. Today I was told they couldn’t do mobile orders in the drive-thru, even though that was the selection in the app. This store needs new managers!
