Horrible experience the manager Haza is very rude , im a driver for grub hub and I came to pick up an order . I guess somethings wrong with their system , and they didn’t get the order . I let her know I was at the right location and I even called grub hub to let them know that they can’t see the order . They asked her to make the order and the restaurant will still get paid . She refused to do so , tried to give us a fake name and pretended she didn’t speak English and proceeded to talk about me in Spanish , although I can speak Spanish as well. Worst experience ever. Just trying to do my job , wasn’t interfering with her job at all. You don’t get paid that much to be rude to people

The food was quite bland. The service and atmosphere was horrible. I could barely understand the person who took my order in drive thru. I pull up to the window and realized why I couldn’t understand. The person who took my order had ear buds in her ear. I asked her a couple questions and she didn’t acknowledge until she took my card. The manager on duty saw what was going on and didn’t say anything to the person who took my order. The person who took my order name was Roxana. She talked ghetto and when she did say something to me, I could barely understand what she said. The manager on duty was a Hispanic lady, I couldn’t get her name. Please get rid of these two people at this establishment! They are unprofessional!

I’m not going to lie at first because of the area I was hesitant… But I’m glad I decided to go because from the gentleman that helped me from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out everyone treated me with respect and it didn’t take long for my food hot good and fresh!! I definitely will be returning and I do recommend this location. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

This location (imperial valley and 1960) is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. The last time I went I got chili with cheese and onions and a small fry. It barely had any beans and virtually no meat AT ALL! It was basically chili flavored tomato soup, plus the fries were cold.

The worst customer service so far. The manger was ruder than the employee. I got a breakfast baconator with the season potato. The potato was cold and old. I asked for some fresh ones they drop the old ones in the hot grease and brought them back. I asked if they just put them in the grease she said no, but you could tell fresh cooked from refried food. Bad customer service never gets the order right. No one answers the phone it seems like they pick it up and hang up because it will ring and then it’ll stop like some one keeps hanging up. The other day I went there the female started walking towards me no smile no greet, then the guy grabbed the female around her waist and told her thanks bae. Then he took my order. I’ve usually just visited this location during the Night Shift because of my work schedule. Regardless, the female manager is very helpful and friendly. My food always comes out pretty quickly when she’s there and always gets it right. Prices have increased though, so I hope they’re paying their employees more.

My wife and I were going to run some errands we were in the area and we’re hungry so we stopped by this location around 11:30 am. First off the lady took forever taking my order I had to keep repeating myself. Our food took 15 minutes to even get we ate inside and only one person in front of us. My wife felt uncomfortable in there the whole time just the environment. So we’re don’t eating and we’re leaving well we got locked in. With everything going on in the world what restaurant or any food place locks there customers in the restaurant at 1130 am lunch time without even letting us know??? We had to try going out multiple doors and there all locked so she finally just unlocked it herself. I will never go back to this location and the guy working there looked at my wife once we left out the door and locked the doors again and there was still a customer in there. I did not expect to get locked in. What if something happened and we were locked in? The manager needs to do something about this. This is NOT okay. I wish I didn’t even have to give one star in order to leave a review they do NOT deserve any stars.

I did not eat any food at this location however, my 2 nieces and my nephew had a value meal each. I’ll assume the food was good because they ate it all. My concern is that this location not currently have a working AC. I believe that these are unsafe working conditions. With little ventilation and the restaurant itself emitting constant heat, thus cannot be healthy for employees nor any customers that may visit this location.
