I went through drive through and had Ghost Pepper Fries. I needed a little more sauce because not all the fries had sauce on them and they happily obliged. The summer beverages are delicious and they need to bring back the garlic fries and stop teasing us.

We stopped by Sunday morning, and there were no customers, so we went to drive up. A nice lady took our order, so we got it it was all cold. That happens. I got that, but the treatment I got when I went in to return it was very unprofessional. People wake up, fast dood is so expensive we don’t need rude on top of it. Just do your job right…grrr or ask yourself, would you want to be treated rude? Also, speaking English around others that are speaking, it is a must in retail today… It’s still America…

I walked in and it was very warm and smelled like dirty mop water. I walked to the restroom to wash my hands and the floors were very slimy and my shoes were sliding as I walked. The place did not smell clean so I left without purchasing a lunch.

Amazing service, even though it was late and it was the gentleman’s first day he was very patient and attentive. We just came from the Wendy’s in university Blvd which was awful to get some Frostys. They were fast and friendly. When visiting family I will be driving a little farther for better service!

Went to wendy’s today and i was eating my sandwhich in the comfort of my home watching the until i bit into it and knew something was wrong. it was tough and didn’t look right from my low lighting IT WAS RAW !!! Absolutely disgusting. Not hot. Soggy bread. I ordered Dave’s double with mayo and lettuce only. It has all the stuff on it. The drink was flat. The fries were half empty and not hot. I noticed that before I left so I said something and at least they put a few more fries on it. Yuck. Still cold on the bottom.
