This place is usually good. I’m guessing they had a bad day. Our burgers looked microwaved by the top being wrinkled and sloppy. So bread was soggy! Our fries were cold not warm, asked for fresh ones. Got those back, and they taste redipped which gets hard very fast. The strawberry drink was good though.

Awful, second time I’ve come to this place their food tasted undercooked. I had to repeat my order three times to demand at the drive-thru. Then even though I’m the only one in the drive-thru, I have to pull forward for my food and they were out of iced coffee. This place is terrible.

Ordered two apple pecan salads, one with NO CHEESE!! Not only were the salads STALE, even the apples were soft n mushy, they both had cheese… Requested vinegar tees dressing, pecans and croutons…. NONE of which were in the bag! And the guy at the window didn’t offer a smile, a hello, or even a Thank you with a receipt! None of that! So we were stuck with wilted lettuce, soft apples, soft cheese and no dressings! Very very disappointed!!

Total Chaos! Definitely one of the worst experiences ever at a Wendy’s drive thru! When we got to the window everyone inside was yelled at each other. Immediately we were told “that will be $29” without confirmation of our $9 order!! Then the lady starts yelling to the kitchen “I need an order now, someone jumped the line”! I can only assume she was talking about us but I don’t think it’s even physically possible to do that! Then to top it off we asked for a receipt and we get “sorry we are out of printer paper”. Really won’t waste my time here again AND will keep a close eye on my credit card charges!!!!!

Wow…. So I pull up immediately the lady aggressively says “go ahead with your order!” So I tell her well I just pulled up I’ll need a second. Then when I was ready she aggressively said “hold on!” I was appalled I told her that wasn’t very nice and I hope that your not management. I pull up to the window. And I ask if that was her and she rudely said “sure was” so I tell her again well your not very nice. And she shrugged her shoulders. I asked her name. She then said “you can call me Hilary” so she’s possibly lying is how I took that. I then asked her if she was a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked her if she treats her employees like this and she shrugged her shoulders.. I had nothing else to say. She is definitely not having a good day. Also the was a Hispanic man standing where I can see him rudely staring like it’s normal and they could treat people bad if they wanted. I just wanted to get my kids food before going to their grandparents. I will not be returning here again. She had no reason to be so mean to me. I had nothing but respect.
