If you tell me to pull forward, and I’m the only person in line, the food better be hot! Nope this place is complete TRASH, the food tasted like they warmed it up in the microwave. I ended up throwing the food out. The lady taking our order sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered, if you don’t want to work QUIT! The last place you should be working is a food establishment over people’s food. STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU have been warned!!!!

Very mediocre experience. I only got a spicy chicken sandwich but it took over 15 minutes to be served, on top of that instead of it being spicy it was original. The cashier was polite but service time is extremely long, find somewhere else to eat.

Fries were cold and tasted like rubber bands. I stopped at burger king on the way home to get my kids some fresh fries. Drive thru acts as if they hate working and doesn’t want to take your order.

Went to buy at this wendy’s location and nobody took our order there were just walking by didn’t even say I will be there in a minute anything just kept looking at us. The customer ahead of me walked off because nobody wanted to help us 5 minutes later I walked off. They either need to train them better or get new people.

I don’t recommend this place at all! First waited 10 minutes to order than another 20 to actually get the food and when it was served it was absolutely horrible, raw chicken and a cold so I asked for a refund and got laughed at saying that that can’t give a refund so pretty much waisted $35. Also Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a bacon bourbon triple burger with large fries and a large chocolate frosty, and a baked potato thru Doordash. I received the burger and fries, but the chocolate frosty and the baked potato was nowhere to be found. They never came with the order. I received a strawberry-looking frosty that tasted minty, and I received fries instead of the baked potato. Wendy’s gets the blame for the frosty and baked potato, and the dasher gets some of the blame for not verifying the order and realizing that chocolate is not supposed to look pink.

I’ve tried to eat here a couple of times now and have been met with poor customer service and the inability to order food even before posted closing time. I get being ready for a shift to be over, but to shut down service over 30 minutes before closing time seems a bit extreme.
