A few weeks ago, we had a bad experience. It was a Monday evening about 8:30. We felt like we were imposing on the staff, just for coming in and ordering. We decided to try them today for lunch. We were greeted by Francisco who had a wonderful attitude. He was people oriented, friendly, and a really good salesman. He interacted with patrons. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Come to find out he is the store manager. If he can train his workers to be like him then he can bring this Wendy’s back to it’s old glory! And we did chat about my last bad experience and he was going to look into it. I will start going back, now that I know someone is listening!

Spent about $30 and my order was not correct. Fries were cooked in old oil and were disgusting. Ordered a baconator (#2 combo meal) and there was supposed to be bacon on it and there wasn’t. Ordered a sprite and was given a sweet tea. Ordered a large frosty and a small frosty and was only given a medium frosty. Then the girl at the window looked at me when I asked for my other frosty (i did not realize until I got home that I was given a medium instead of a large) gave me a go to hell look. She stood and looked at me like get the hell away from the window, go away. I will NOT be back. The service was horrible and so was the food unfortunately

Update your hours. It’s extremely frustrating! Your Google hours say 630a, your sign at the drive through says 6a, your app allowed me to place the order at 630a, and your staff states they don’t open on Sundays until 7a.

Went to drive thur, order a meal and a had reward points to use so I got a large fry on the side. They still tried to charge me $18 for the meal and the extra fry even tho they scanned the QR code. When I brought it up that the large fries should be free, they just remove them and charged me $14 for the meal. I didn’t mention that I am due for an extra large fry for the code, and since I redeem my rewards points, I was not going to let them go to waste. So I finally got the second fry only to set of old fries that are lukewarm at best! It is worth skipping this one is going to the other Wendy’s in college station. This place really has went down and now I see why there is never a line.
