Staff was nice. Facility was really nice but not clean and kept up well. Ketchup pumps were empty, napkin holder was empty. Soda machine was really dirty. Our clerk didn’t even know how to open the cash register to make change. Food was decent though and they were appropriate.

We arrived at 9:45 and were refused service. The door has the dining room hours clearly posted- closes at 10:00pm. Staff member insisted she locked the door and we couldn’t use the restrooms or order inside. After a 2 hour drive with small children, the bathroom was the first priority and a drive thru wasn’t an option. Manager finally came and said they normally close inside at 8 due to lack of customers. Every place surrounding them was busy. After reading other reviews, it seems we didn’t miss anything. Take your business elsewhere.

This Wendy’s was out of half their menu. No fries (or any potato-based foods) no frostys, no salads, no ice. And the food they did have was not good. The nuggets they gave me were far from fresh, and the chocolate chunk cookie had literally just 2 chocolate chunks in it. Service was very slow, too, and the employees looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Avoid if you can!

We went inside for frosty. Lobby was disgusting!! Employees looked rough. No hair nets or caps. We almost didn’t get any food here. But it was just a frosty.. .right? All they had was watered down strawberry! I expected more from a new location. All kids that work these fast food places in all Hereford. They have no Sense of pride in their work.

Waited for our order to be taken and didn’t get to finish ordering when the girl just stopped answering us, had to add at the window and paid just to be told they didn’t have anymore of the flavor of frosties we added at the second window. Then they didn’t have no lids for the lg ones and no napkins to wip the sides of the cups where the ice cream was coming down at.

We were driving through Hereford on our way home from a football game. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! We ordered the chicken classic combo, cheese burger combo, and 10pc chicken nugget. They told us to pull forward to wait on our food, and when they brought it out, the guy had balled up the bags and practically threw them through our window while walking away to deliver another order to another vehicle. When we opened the bags, and realized they neglected to put the ketchup that we asked for. I walked up to the drive window to get some since all the doors were locked to the lobby. There was stuff spilled and dropped all over the kitchen floor, and no one was attempting to clean it. When we got on the road and started eating, we noticed the only thing that was fresh was the chicken nuggets. Everything else tasted like it was cooked at lunchtime and had been sitting. Horrible service and quality of food.

Ordered a #11 combo and the person ask me classic,crispy or hot. So I chose crispy. Had to wait for the meal which I understand at 8:30 at night you may have to cook it or heat it up. Get home to eat the meal and it was not even close. Two meat patties which last I checked is not chicken. Fries were not hot at all. I own a business in the same town for 20 plus years and this kind of service and NO attention to what the customer ordered is plain ridiculous. Will never support this place again. Oh and my wife’s chicken sandwich combo that cost the same price was a meager cold flat piece of chicken. Long story short Mr or Mrs Wendy’s franchise owner my hard earned money means alot to me and apparently it means nothing to you. I will never spend another hard earned dime of ours in this establishment.
