The people are ok but I went tonight and they gave me raw chicken. A quarter of a cutlet was raw and the Coke Zero tasted like axe body spray. It took 30 minutes but I didn’t really care about the time because it was late and expected it to take a while because it was past 10pm.

We went through the drive thru on 7/23 at 10:13pm the young man running the speaker was polite however they had NO lights on the outside to show they were open. The menu lights were off and when asked to turn them on so we could see the menu was told they didn’t know how. The manager could be seen walking around as if she was annoyed that they had cars in the drive thru.. the lights you see are from the car behind me and my flash..

Lots of things are changing with some of the management at locations throughout. For the most part things are not appealing to the customers. Walked in for a quick late lunch, around 2:30pm. I guess it was new management that had every in a section by the counter and was literally going off on every single employee. 3 customers in front of me and after 15 of being told that they are waiting for money to be put back in the registers two customers left. I myself walked out after I told them I was paying with my card and no one came to help. I see my old friends/staff that have worked for years at these locations and always do good work get put down.

Inside service was rude I went through drive through and they forgot my wrap then when I went inside to get it no one acknowledged me with a welcome or let me get that for you. The young girl that was there then threw the bag in my hand and I think that’s very unprofessional. To top it off there was a hair in my wrap. I’m disgusted. Customer service overall not good I do not recommend this Wendy’s off the loop in Lubbock

My family all received fries that were gummy and a few were still frozen. It was as if the fryer oil wasn’t hot enough. We were there just after a huge rush, so I took that into consideration. We also eat here frequently and they are honestly my favorite fast food restaurant. A few cold fries won’t keep me from visiting again.

The rudest drive thru I have experienced. After we were told to pull up to wait on fries for quite a while, the staff literally threw the bag in the window. The order was wrong, the fries were cold. We could not get our drinks and I saying this literally, they were not paying any attention to serve us.

My Brother & I went into this location to have lunch. When we walked into the dining room , the floor from the door all the way to the restroom was greasy and slick. We alerted the staff and they just blew us off. “ my boot are not slipping!” After using the restroom my brother decided that he no longer wanted to eat at this location. So upon exiting the building we were asked if we were going to eat ? I said no because my brother almost fell twice on their floor. Then a young man at the counter told us to just leave . Your floor is slick , someone is going to slip and fall, & you wanna be rude about it ! If this is the service you get at this location, I will just go to Whataburger! There’s really one explanation for a greasy slick floor, they used the same mop head to mop the lobby as they do the kitchen ! Yup yup I am going to play that card , I was in Food service mgmnt. for many many years. Doubt anything will be done until someone slips and falls and gets hurt !

The drive-thru should be called “the sleep-thru”. There was a total of four cars including myself and it took 28 minutes to finally receive my order. I know how long it took because I called my wife to see what she wanted right after I got in line. The wait got so bad that the car in front of me got tired of waiting and pulled out and probably went to Chick-fil-A where they know how to run a drive-thru. Wendy’s got my money this but never again!
